It’s lovely inside and really enjoyed the meal. The staff where energetic and really lovely as well.
Only down side was some trash and bits randomly around in the seating are but it wasn’t to bother some, it was like straw rappers and little bits and pieces randomly scatter on the floor and table. But overall fine!

New store that wasn’t very busy on 56 th. Staff was friendly and service was fast. I had the sweet pork burrito, which was fantastic. We haven’t had a good experience at other locations, but this one was really great.

We purchased an order for pickup, receipt shown below, we ordered two large horchatas and upon arrival they said they don’t do larges, and gave us regulars. They didn’t make any effort to solve the issue for us when you think they would since we paid for larges, instead the lady at the window just gave us attitude about it. Very poor customer service. Our queso was in a smaller container than usual as well. Lastly, the Horchata was very watered down. We left very unsatisfied with our experience at this location. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Came to pick up a to go order that was supposed to be ready at 450pm. That didn’t happen, the store wasn’t busy and there were 6+ people working there. I got out of there at 510pm. Patience is not one of my virtues, especially at 20 minutes after the fact.

This location changed the way I feel about Cafe Rio. The thought of their food now makes me stomach sick. Used to love this place, but this location has a poor operator. Get rid of the operator behind this location or buy it from the franchisor if that’s the case. They stopped serving the shredded beef here – it’s been gross enough here that the sight of it made us vomit. Also, smells funny inside.

One of my favorites. Good food. My only complaint if you order for pickup extras like extra beans or rice, it’s a hit and miss if you actually get the extra. The quality of food brings up my score from 4 to 5 from the inconsistency of portion size. They took about 45 mins longer than the expected pickup time, they always offer a free drink and a warm smile.

What is this? Since when are chips and guac this? Horrible Cafe Rio. Since they opened, service is bad, size of food is smaller than normal. Even if I have to drive further away, I avoid this location at all costs. Ridiculous.

Tired of not getting the sides/ dressings/ condiments that we are supposed to get. The worker lady argued with us that their location doesn’t offer them. Except we CAN get all those things if we order on the app. So who’s wrong the app or the workers? And they don’t do the daily deals here either. It’s incredible that everywhere you go things are more and more expensive yet the quality and service gets worse and worse. We were so excited for this location to open right by us. But from now on we’ll be going up the street to the costa Vida. I assume we’ll get the standard apology from cafe Rio on this review. How about this?! How about you fix this stupid restaurant?!?!?! Look at the rating. Look at all the 1 star reviews.
