I’m a pizza addict… so I decided to try them out, everytime I’ve wanted to it wasn’t after 4pm. Anyway …all I have to say is…HANDS DOWN!! what pizza oven do you guys have??? The crust was so crispy yet moist at the same time. I got a Supreme with Extra cheese…and it could not have been cooked any better, it was absolutely amazing and mouth watering. WOW guys good job!

I understand Halloween night can be busy, but if I place an order and it gives an estimated time of 45 minutes I expect it to be there around that time. I placed an order for a single pizza. FOUR HOURS LATER I still did not receive my order. I sat on the phone, on hold, for 1 hour and 15 minutes with delivery support before I received a text my order had finally been cancelled, and all they said was “oops we’re sorry your order has been cancelled due to a system error.” I got a full refund, but nothing else for wasting my entire night, getting zero food, and still never speaking to a human. Pathetic levels of customer service. Literally never visiting this location again.

Although the food, especially the hoagies are really good the service is dodgy at best. Sometime when I come in I can get my food from the shelf immediately and sometimes I have to wait in line and ask for it behind the counter which takes a lot longer. Also if you order a drink you sometimes have to go around to the drink section to pick it up separately from your food which isn’t convenient when the store is packed. It seems like this location could use more workers to help speed things up. I wish the pick up process was streamlined as well.
Update I am still waiting on my sandwich

They never have their stuff together!!!! No hot food and it’s 8 am!!!! Strain the juices from the meat before adding it to the sub!!! I should have to say this!!! My steak and cheese is a soggy mess Never called my number when I ordered food it was just sitting there all spread out, my sub was significantly smelling length and filling wise I don’t get what’s going on. Plus, people ignore you when you try to ask them questions

This Wawa’s need a more effective system. I am tired of ordering and paying online and them saying that they don’t have the order. This happened to me three separate times I have been there recently!

What an abomination of a Wawa. The people that work behind the deli are the rudest and most unprofessional staff I’ve ever seen. They’re embarrassingly slow and all they do is insult every customer that comes in all day because they hate themselves. Fire that filth.

This WaWa was my favorite location in Virginia, for a couple years; however, it has been slowly decreasing in terms of service. The wait times can be long for food, but that’s not really the issue. There was nobody at any of the main registers, so I went to the self-service to check out, which was nearby one of the employees; the machine required their assistance and they avoided eye contact and pretended I wasn’t there which was a little awkward for a few minutes until later, they told me to go to a different register where nobody was working before the transaction occurred. I understand people have bad days and maybe they are short staffed, but the vibe has definitely changed at this location.

I am a regular I come in for cigarettes, food drinks, gas on a daily basis, especially cigarettes. I love all the employees there except the one old blonde haired lady the white lady I don’t know what her problem is. She has sold me cigarettes in there many of times with no ID I am 58 years old she knows who I am. She’s so hateful she doesn’t speak doesn’t greet. I’ve even tried to compliment her time and time before there’s no facial expression difference she’s just hateful. I went in today to get my cigarettes spoke to her. She did not respond. She brought my cigarettes back to the counter and proceeded to ask me for my ID. I think it’s a big inconvenience to regular customer especially ones that look of age over 30 years old the state law does require if you’re 30 or under and you look like it to ID of course but my thing is she knows who I am. She has seen my ID before and like I said I was in there two days ago and she told me cigarettes no questions ask no better personality that day also but there was no hassle of an ID. I don’t understand why she is even still there. She has the personality of a rock most places you go in at convenience stores want you to have a decent person and interaction with the customers? I think it’s time for her to retire I won’t be coming back there anymore. I’ve told the other staff about her also before.

Review of Wawa – August 19, 2025 (between 3:25–3:50 PM)
Well, congratulations to Tracy at Wawa — I didn’t know customer service now comes with a side of arrogance and giggles. I stop in nearly every day, order the exact same thing (two iced latte coffees and a pretzel), and like clockwork, I know the price. Today it rang up close to $17 — which is a jump. I politely asked why. Simple question, right?
But apparently Tracy has a PhD in Pretzel Pricing and Coffee Science, because she insisted — in the most dismissive, smug tone possible — that I had all these “extras” added. Funny thing is: I always add two shots, which have always been 50¢ each. But suddenly today? They’re $1.00 apiece. That’s literally double. Exactly what I was saying. So yes, Tracy, the price went up. Shocker — the everyday customer who actually pays attention knew what he was talking about.
But here’s where it gets cute: after being flat-out wrong, she still doubled down with attitude, then decided to crack jokes behind my back with another customer. Classy. Nothing says “we value your business” like making fun of loyal customers as they walk away.
My advice? Tracy should spend a little less time rolling her eyes and laughing at customers, and a little more time learning the difference between facts and fiction — preferably in the back of the kitchen, until she gets familiar with what actually goes on up front. Because if this is the face of Wawa customer service, it’s a bad look.
Signed,
A paying customer who apparently knows the menu better than the employee.
