No lids on fingers and the heavy containers of the chicken fingers (2orders) was placed on top of the pizza allowing the cheese to stick to the lid of the pizza box.
No ketchup for fries.

Have ordered from here about a hundred times n have enjoyed it all except 2 times. About a year ago, then tonight. Ordered MeatBall Parm. When it arrived I opened the sandwich only to see Cheesey Bread. Really, they cut up a TOTAL Of 2 meatballs then hid them under a gallon of cheese. Look closely. They cut the meatballs in half which is fine, but they put a total of 1 whole meatball on each half. It was like I was being punked. Then after calling n getting attitude, I had to edit my old review of them. Please beware.

We have been ordering from Frankie’s for over 15 years, a few owners, different cooks and, we’ve never been disappointed till recently. The last three orders 4 weeks apart, all over $40+ didn’t hold up. The orders were pizza, wings, cheese steak, chicken parm and others. We kept trying on a few different occasions thinking they would get it fixed, they didn’t. There is a new cook who just isn’t up to it. Even the cheese steak was light on the cheese which never happens. This place has always been consistent and good, it’s sad to seeing this change. Hopefully the owner will fix the problem soon.

I Got A Small Frankies special Pizza Minus The meatballs and added black olives. The pizza was overall good but the green peppers were too chunky and the meat was barely there and buried under the veggies.
I hate it when they put the toppings all in the middle instead of all around the pizza, in which they didn’t do. I don’t think I’ll purchase another one from there unless I can see them making it, in which you can’t now because they have boxes in front of the preparation area .

So we’ve ordered this place on DoorDash a couple of times because their prices are really awesome and their pizza tastes really good. Their menu is huge. But every time we get the pizza it’s delicious but it has some kind of problem. One time the order was so hot when it left the store by the time it got to us the pizza had slide all over the crust. It still tasted good. SO we tried them again but the pizza was so greasy and and wraps were so greasy that they bled through the pizza box and the wrap paper. We crazily tried a third time because the pizza tastes really good but this time it was all crust and little pizza.we are done even though we tried to stay local.
