I stood there for over 5 minutes in front of an empty counter while the girl behind the counter with braids so thick they covered her entire face spent the entire 5 minutes rearranging the vegetables. She never acknowledged my presence nor remotely gave me the impression that she intended to ever take an order from me and make me a sandwich. Eventually I just walked out. This Subway should probably be kicked out of the franchise. Or maybe you just can’t get good help around this part of South Carolina.

I visited this Subway on our way down south. The store was clean and the staff were efficient. However, I always make a habit of asking associates if they are getting 100% of the tips when I add it electronically to my payment. When they say “no,” I immediately give that business 1 star. This is simply corporate greed. Tips are for good service, not to line the pockets of the franchasees or owners and it is appalling. If you visit this store, tip in cash.

Subs taste good but employees are super rude and super slow. Also they run out of mayo. How the heck do you run out of mayo?
So when I asked the employee to open up Male packets and put it on my sub. She was shaking her head the whole time. Very unprofessional.

Our server was on her cell phone the whole time she made our sandwich. Granted it’s a truck stop on I95, but come on, 5 min to serve the customer would be nice. No toasted sandwiches either.

Very disappointed. We’re experiencing a serious family medical situation requiring regular travel across the state. Friends and family have given us gift cards for food and gas to alleviate some of the financial burden. We stopped here because we had a Subway card and planned our stop around a Subway. Upon paying we were told they do not take a gift card because they are owned by Love’s. We were stuck at that point because our food was made prior to paying as the process works at Subway. We would have left otherwise because we did not have extra money. A sign would be nice or we would’ve never ordered. Apparently all Love’s will now be off of my list of places to stop on future trips.

I was greeted as soon as I came in the door! Very friendly, polite and professional staff. Place was clean and their toaster oven worked also! The subway on 301 hasn’t had a working toaster in 4 months now.

Store clean. Food fresh. Second in line. First server great. Time for fresh veggie & stuff, 2nd server was indifferent and more interested in talking to 2 guys at the end of the counter instead of loading my sandwich, 🙁 but they weren’t buying. Wow!

Very slow service, all tables were dirty, when we asked them to clean a table off, they wiped down one table and left the other 10 tables dirty, even though there were others in line that would still need a table. The two employees that worked had to also work at the Dairy Queen. They didn’t have all the vegetables available. No tomatoes were cut and the excuse given was that he has been trying to cut some since 4pm (it was now 8pm) and he hasn’t been able to get to it yet (there was only 3 orders being made at this time), but still refused to cut any tomatoes.
