WOW — these cookies are amazing! I didn’t expect to enjoy a cookie this much. And when I signed up, they gave me a free drink on the spot! The staff is so friendly too, which makes the experience extra special.

Absolutely horrendous product. We used the DoorDash Market delivery of their products that’re marketed as freshly frozen, and received a cookie with significant mold in it.
Whether this was an error of the cookie company or not, it speaks volumes about the type of products they ship out. My wife felt ill after accidentally having the mold and there was seemingly no desire to rectify the issue when customer service was contacted (were told a laundry list of items they need to escalate it to legal review). Would strongly recommend not ordering from them for delivery. Pictures attached for reference.

My husband is a self-proclaimed cookie monster, so we often order from DoorDash. Our favorite cookie selections include the purple sugar cookie, oatmeal scotchie, and sugar-free chonky chocolate chip. Surprisingly, the restaurant does not offer regular coffee, not even coffee pods.
Service
Since I usually place my orders through DoorDash, I am unable to advocate for myself directly. However, my orders consistently arrive accurately and intact throughout the delivery process.

The restaurant is situated in a strip mall, and I’ve visited this location on several occasions. Parking can be challenging due to the limited space shared with neighboring restaurants.

My wife and I ate here on a lunch date. We thought the cookies were amazing. She got the red velvet one and I got the chunky chip. Very good! We moved from Raleigh and Crumble is popular there. My wife said Hello Chonky is 10x better than the large chain Crumbl.

I don’t give 5 stars, but this place is the place!!**** You expect a place like this in Las Vegas or just outside of a theme park, but nope!!! RIGHT HERE IN OUR BACKYARD. It has a little bit of everything in the sweets/eats realm, but for now, I can only talk about the CROOKIE, THE REASON BEHIND THE 5 STARS.
The “Crookie”, is a blend between a croissant and a chocolate chip cookie. This was served warm, although, they’re not consistent about that (maybe you need to request it warm). 5 Stars because it’s unique, hefty, and AMAZING!!!
The other cookies are good, but not on the same level as the aforementioned. I recommend the BLUEBERRY, or whatever you fancy, it’s good.
Basic shake- good, but looking forward to trying a specialty shake.

They were AMAZING. A nice little niche desert spot with very friendly staff. I’m usually incredibly nervous when I enter a store and all of the employees are teenagers – but everyone was incredibly polite and even made sure we were enjoying our food as we ate. My mom got a cookie sandwich, I got the sundae option. Over 20+ toppings and a whole lot of different options to choose from, a build-your-own style menu. The person helping us even informed us of small details we may/may not like (like the chocolate ice cream having both white and milk chocolate in it), which was incredibly nice.
We spent about $27 for a cookie sandwich, an ice cream sundae, and two drinks. Pretty cheap for a specialty desert store. The portions are LARGE no matter what you get, so unless you’re going on an empty stomach like we did, I would share. Overall loved it, can’t wait to come back when I visit.

A bit of an awkward exchange this morning. I asked for a blueberry muffin which I have had from this location several times before and loved. When I pulled up to the window I paid and was handed something that didn’t look muffin-like at all so I asked, politely as possible, “what is this?”. The employee replied that it was a blueberry muffin cookie and that they did not have blueberry muffins.
I understood the mishap somewhat but didn’t really understand the lack of effort to fix the mishap since we both acknowledged it wasn’t what I asked for but, I’m not all that confrontational. I took the cookie and kept it pushing and sadly, it just wasn’t very good. The cookie was just wet and unpleasant. I was little underwhelmed with this visit. To be fair previous visits have gone much better.
Hello Chonky did reach out to remedy my poor experience and went above and beyond anything I ever expected. For that I must say I would definitely recommend trying them out!

A great dessert place to visit! I ordered the Granny’s stuffed apple pie cookie and it was good, definitely would have been better if it was warmed up, but I did not specify that. The strawberry ice cream was delicious! Will definitely be back to try more items.

I ordered a single chonky chip for myself and a pumpkadoodle for my husband, mine was a great mix of doughy and baked and was great warmed! My husbands was a little too doughy for his liking but delicious nonetheless! We also had milkshakes at a prior visit and they were great, comparable to The Yard Milkshake Bar in PCB but slightly cheaper.
