This Panda was not a good experience. 2 women working with 1 talking on the company phone 3/06 at 7:45. I stood in line for 23 minutes with 2 people in front of me. Finally waited on, only to see they had minimal foods in the trays and no cooks in site. The 2 chicken entrees I wanted would take 10 mins to cook when 2 cooks and a dishwasher finally made their presence. Myself and the guy behind me both walked out. I went to another Panda and the experience was great !

Be aware that for this location you have to be very very patient because it’s so chaotic and wait is very long-they can’t focus-just now an employee took my order half way stopped then proceeded to sell my order to another customer and only than I could order from another employee.And it’s always when this crew is working-if Panda management is reading it’s 1st of march around 5.30 pm.
But don’t think that they care this spot has only 3stars so you already know.
Please let your employees know how to efficiently manage customers-this is really bad.

Simple and quick americanized chinese food! Their orange chicken and Beijing beef are great, but be aware those options are quite sweet. They do have other more savory entrees. The chow mein and supergreens are nice sides to try

Arrived at 9:10p. Store closes at 10p. There was minimal food prepared/available. Staff had an attitude because I didn’t mind waiting for fresh food to be prepared. They told I had to wait; as if it were a huge issue they had to prepare fresh food. I understand if I walked in 10 mins before close; but almost an hour? Service could have been much better. Nina was nice, polite and professional despite the teams energy. Food was fresh and as it should be. Thankfully this isn’t a neighborhood I frequent often. Guests did come in after me, a family even left to go elsewhere because the options available looked poor. I’m unsure if they refused to make new food. This doesn’t feel consistent with all of my prior P.E. experiences.

I have been to this location a few times but of Nina is working you might as well leave. I’ve never seen such a slow person in my life. Stood here for 10 min and she rang up one person and made part of a to go order in that time while the line went from 1 person to out the door.

Everytime I went there I gave it the 3 strike rule. They got 3 strikes in a row in 2 weeks. All veggies no meats. And low quality on the flavor. Not worth the price.

Don’t know why this store still give slow service. The cook who made the fried rice and chow main was moving so slow looking around and talking and there were people waiting for there orders. Very nasty how I watched them use the same dish that the old chow main was to put the new. The person who made my plate came straight from cleaning the bathroom and didn’t wash her hands to come and make my plate. I’m not sure where the manger was but this store needs new management or just close that location.

Ordered online at 2:05, set my pickup time to 2:30. Arrived at 2:30 and they didn’t make my order for another 28 minutes despite barely having any customers. I ordered online so I could pick up my food and leave, not to wait another half hour in store
