Placed an order at 11:10pm, I understand they close at 12 and super understanding of it being late. I live not even 2 minutes away, literally around the corner. We got an update saying it was delivered at 11:30pm, no pizza. I cant even say it was to the wrong house, I have a window that points out to the front of my house, along with my neighbors and nobody has footprints or anything ( as it is snowy ). Called 4 times and nobody answered, and left with the phone recording for multiple minutes each time. Can’t even get a reference through their “delivery insurance”.

I ordered two pizzas, one was just pepperoni and extra cheese and another one with banana peppers and extra cheese. They also said they would send me some napkins and some paper plates when the driver got here they had forgot to send them. When I open up the pizzas there was not a bit of extra cheese on either one of them. This was the second time I gave this place a chance and the second time they screwed up really badly. I would not recommend them to anybody. The owner sent me a reply to please give them another chance. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Why would I want to waste money again on the 3rd order that would be wrong?

Ordered at 11:25 and the store closes at 12. I live 5 minutes away from the store and my food was going to be delivered at 11:45. Instead the closing team decided to hold my food at the store until it was cold and it got delivered after everyone closed up and he delivered the pizza off the clock after hours for their own convenience.

I gave manager a 50 dollar bill for $13.60 pizza. I did not count change until I got home. She gave me 1-10 dollar bill, 3-5 dollar bills and 1-1 bill &40 cents.I tried calling back to possibly get my reimbursement of 10 dollars, but spent waiting on hold and never got anyone to answer. They mis delivered my pizza then lied and the driver said he handed it to me but I was a hour away the pizza was for my 18 year old who was babysitting they then said that they would remake them instead they went to the address that they misdelivered to and got the pizza back and delivered it to my house the pizza was cold and half of the slices was missing so I then called the manager to complain she accused me of being a liar and yelled and argued with me and accused us of eating slices I been with this dominos for 4 years and never had a problem until that night I refuse to ever buy pizza again I honestly feel they did us like that because we are black never order from this dominos

They don’t use hand gloves to prepare the food and the lady who baked my pizza is harsh and she said she won’t take the cash… how come dominos is allowing not to wear the gloves…
