Honestly, the name of this place drew us in! From the moment we walked in though, the owner was very engaging and personable. He made suggestions for us and told us a little bit of a background on how their restaurant came to be. My husband and I had the al pastor nachos and al pastor burrito with queso. The fresh salsa bar was super yummy! The carrot habanero salsa was very delish and beautiful! We were driving through from Utah to Portland and are looking forward to stopping in again on our way back home!!!

Seriously a hidden gem! We were passing through town and happened to come across this place with the unique and quite funny name! The girls at the front greeted us with a smile asking us how we were! Hard to get great customer service anymore. They were so sweet.
Ordered two tacos. 2-3 min wait. No picture as I ate them so fast! So fresh and so good!
Best tacos by far I have ever had. They have a fresh salsa bar with at least 8 different salsas. Amazing place, fresh food and excellent customer service. I will be back every time we come through Ontario. So amazing!

Manager seems great. But I ordered food to be delivered. I had a chicken burrito and the chicken salad. When it came, it was the wrong kind of meat for both and the salad had nothing with it. Just basically meat and lettuce. I got it because the picture made it look so good and even the rating pictures do to so I’m unsure of why it sucked. But the manager, as I said, was great and understanding as well. I got a refund. Maybe they’re just best at their service in person.

I absolutely love this place! The food portions are huge and the food no matter what we have ordered is always delicious. The owner and all the staff are very friendly. I’ll start by saying this. The food is awesome, the portions are huge, and the salsas are great. I really want to talk about the staff. If I didn’t ever eat here just meeting and dealing with the staff would be worth it alone. They are some of the nicest and welcoming people you could find in the food service industry. I imagine the gentleman that helped me at the drive through was the owner. It really renews my faith in my country to know that at least one business has good service. Not only were they good but they were good people. You can fake friendly service but when it’s genuine you can tell. Do visit this place. It’s worth it. PS did I mention the food is so good.

The carne asada and chicken tacos were TO DIE FOR. We also got carne asada fries and they are super super yummy. A staple to add to your meal. My boyfriend also got a carne asada burrito. This place is definitely going in our meal rotation. And the employees were so helpful answering questions!

Update: 9 Juan Juan Burritos has been open for 2 weeks, and we have been in 3x! The food is fantastic, the owner Scott is helpful and an inspiration. They are off to a great start, Scott, his staff as well as the fantastic food will be a great addition to our community. Oh and ask about the strawberry lemonade!

I’ve had 9-Juan-Juan Burritos a few times now. They are generally really good and the portions are fantastic and worth the money. The staff are super friendly and inviting.
I would’ve given them a five star if it wasn’t for the one time where the meat was burnt and where the food was cold (It was a DoorDash delivery hence why I didn’t try and get new burritos.) and if it wasn’t for the religious aspect that they put into the bags if you do take out.

This place was overall a great experience. The atmosphere was immaculate and felt welcoming. The staff was very friendly and even gave me options to pick from to eat because it was my first time. The place had great energy and the smell of fresh food in the air. I ordered the carne asada fries, and they did not disappoint me. Perfectly seasoned steak, crispy fries, and melty cheese and just the right amount of guacamole and sour cream. Also a great addition was that they put carne on the bottom and top of the fries which I love. The service was very fast and the food came out hot and fresh. Overall five star experience would recommend to other and forsure coming back.
