Best burger in the valley! Smashed & delicious, tallow fries on point. Burger blended with brisket and the perfect hamburger mix. Hampton is the man. Great spot / $20 a double and fries. House sauce is definitely a must.

They be throwing down in that kitchen, that’s forsure! For $12 I got a single smash burgers and fries. The burger was one of the best burgers I have had, truly. The fries were hot, crispy, and delicious. The sauce for the fries was also delicious. Very quick and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Hands down some of the best smash burgers I’ve ever had. Seriously everything was cooked perfectly. Burgers have so much flavor! The fries are seasoned just right, and the sauce is amazing, the perfect trio. The whole experience was great! Fast, easy, and delicious. You can really tell they care about quality and flavor! 10/10. If you’re ever passing by or in Gypsum this is the go to spot

Found them open. Ordered a single smash, fries and I had a coke. Smash comes with cheese. It was good and I will go back. Kind of pricey considering it’s a food truck in a public area. But I like supporting local independent businesses. There are very nice sturdy picnic tables. An umbrella or pop-up will be needed sooner or later.
