Here tonight as I stand here and watch the longest line I’ve ever seen here, and ONE girl working and she’s absolutely wonderful. She handles the pressures of some of the rudest customers, and the extensive line VERY well. Such a wonderful girl!! I come here almost everyday and always take note of how super friendly these young ladies are, and I just love it!

Not as described in pictures no chocolate chips around the cookie ice cream sandwich. Especially when you only wanted one but they make you buy 6. So my brother tried one to and we both had one now we can’t give them away even in this heat wave. Waste of money especially when we don’t like to waste money on something we never had before. This cures me on buying a 6 pack on something you never tried before.

I just left the Rita’s in Pinehill. The girl was so interested in talking with the guy sitting outside the window that she didn’t get my order right nor did she even make the Misto properly. I ordered 3 Misto’s with peach and vanilla ice cream with whip cream and a cherry on top. The misto’s wasn’t even mixed well, and she was rushing to get back to the guy and didn’t even put any toppings on that I asked. Here’s the pictures to prove it.

This Rita’s doesn’t seem to disappoint. Always engaging and each employee there always offers to sample a new flavor. They take great pride in their customer service. From the ownership to the staff, they are always pleasant and keep you coming back for more. I’ve been to a lot of Rita’s but these guys put the “G” in great and represent the Rita’s Water Ice brand perfectly.

Rude workers terrible service and inedible ice cream. I can not believe how horrible this experience was and it cost me almost 20 bucks for 2 kids comes and 2 regulars. I threw it out.

Rude staff. Watched one of them serve 5 of her friends and when I got in that line was told it wasn’t a line. Meanwhile line behind me was getting longer. I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Don’t think so. Owner should retrain! We were there a couple of weeks ago and they were just as rude. Leave the attitudes at home ladies.
