OMG, such a great roti, I had the boneless chicken roti and it was so big that we made it 2 meals. They were out of goat for the roti but the owner was nice enough to share the last bits he had and they were AMAZING. I can see why they they’ve been on business for 25 years. Call before you go, they close then they run out of food.

The food is delicious. I had the veggie roti. The vegetable soy protein delicioso, seasoning was superb and the skins were perfect. It was the biggest roti I have had. The place has been around for years; therefore, it needs a bit of fixing up. However, the customer service is great and the food is delicious. The workers were friendly and accommodating and also professional. I was in and out. I enjoyed my roti so much that I got one to take on the plane with me. This is an iconic spot in the USVI. This roti is so good! It’s the first thing I get when I arrive, and I try to take one on the plane, too! I’ve had the boneless chicken and the shrimp rotis and both were delicious. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, the chicken was oh so tender, and both were flavorful with plenty of cumin, I think. If you’re spice-shy, you can get a bit of habanero (or maybe scotch bonnet?) sauce (house made, I’m pretty sure) for $1. Worth it! I snacked on mine with eggs, chili, chicken, etc. for a week.
