Terrible value. Ordered Philly sandwich and there was virtually no meat on it. Worst $8.59 value I’ve seen in a long time. I’m exceptionally disappointed. When I called the store, they advised “that’s standard”.

I ordered a 32-piece wings and they didn’t give me any sauce. They even tried to charge me extra for it. No place charges for the basic sauces that are supposed to come with the order — there are always some complimentary sauces included. I’m honestly very disappointed and upset. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, and this is completely unprofessional.
On top of that, it took 45 minutes for my order to be ready!!!!

Terrible location, the last few times order was incorrect. Where is the quality check!
Decided to contact them this time and had a man advising he is a manager when I asked for one. He refused to give me his name.
Shared the issue and he said you can bring the pizza back and we can check it and replace. Like will you be refunding me the $6.00 for delivery charge?
He said the cook said he put sausage on it, really! I said I can and will take a picture.
After going back and forth he said we can have the pizza picked up and bring you a new one, no thank you!
When asking for the regional or corporate number he said I could look that up.
Check your orders before it being sent for delivery and get the customer service under control!

This is the pizza that they delivered to my house! Immediately I called and spoke with the manager, she advised me there would be a credit on my account! As you can see I was unable to Eat most of my pizza! Well when I called to place my order there was no credit available and I paid $12 for this pizza. Not even 24hrs later I stated than I wanted a refund for this order since there was no credit on my account! The manager I spoke to whom I sent the pictures to her phone wouldn’t even get on the phone to speak to me! She told the person on the phone that I needed to call and speak to the GM the next morning between 9-10. It’s rude that the manager wouldn’t even get on the phone. Thief’s lie and just take your money! I’m also emailing corporate as well. During a time like this nobody should be treating their customers this way!

Guys if you’re in the Wellington area on Forest Hill Blvd go to Doninoes , The service is great!!!! So I just ordered a large pie among other things and I went to pick up my order. To my dismay it was wrong. I was a bit perturbed as I had to wait a long time for my order. I get it. Friday.. then AUTUMN stepped in and remedied the situation. She gave me my order n told me to keep what I got on the house….This was not only a clear indication to me that she knows how to take care of her customers but she also has a heart!!! I was willing to pay the difference but she said No!! I’m so happy as I’m tired from work and want to go home but AUTUMN took care of my boys and she made my day!!

His customer service was exceptional, and you could see the pride he takes in satisfying every customer who walks through the door.
