The food tasted good. Smaller portions and higher prices than most Mexican places I’ve eaten at. The decor is awesome. Interesting themes in each area if the restaurant, including tons of Lucha Libre stuff in the bar area. We had terrible service. Our party of two was basically ignored once the server had larger tables come in.

This is my favorite new restaurant! I have been here 6 times since it has opened and it is delicious each time. I have even had the owner seat me where I wanted to sit when the hostess put us somewhere we didn’t like. I literally tell EVERYONE about this place. Something new and refreshing for Shreveport. I hope it is here to stay forever! Best margaritas in the ArkLaTex!!!

The food had great flavor!!! The waitors and waitresses are the sweetest. It’s a great family environment. Beautiful outside and inside. If you haven’t tried Pepito’s. You need to stop what you’re doing right now and head over there. And be amazed. It was so delicious. Thank you Pepito Munoz
No complaints for me.
If you’re wondering about price…you’re getting exactly what you pay for. Everything Good so enjoy.

I had never heard of this place before, but as a group, my coworkers and I made orders over the phone. They kept having a problem with my card, but it was finally resolved.
By the time I got my food, I was surprised at the quantity for how much I paid. I chose a shrimp De La Case salad and almost every bite had shrimp. Very impressed with that. It also came with a big bag of chips and salsa.
The ONLY thing I was upset about is that they did not add my house ranch dressing I asked. Everybody else got theirs, but I didn’t. I was lucky we had plenty of dressings of all sorts in the kitchen. But that was really a let down.

I was skeptical since I’m from Colorado and there’s a lot of good Mexican food out there. This place actually was really good..and. One Margarita got me a little buzz. Food was exceptional, good service, good atmosphere, and the waitress are cute! Lol. I will be back for sure. A lot of menu items look good to me. Prices were a lot little higher than normal but again the food was really good. I got Pepito’s Enchiladas. I’m pretty picky on Mexican food and yhis place definitely raised the bar.

Only went once on a Thursday. We had a large party of 18 with only one waitress who served and was bartender. I assume because she had a lot on her plate as I received my food cold. It was tasty but I sent it back and got a fresh dish. There were a few other displeased customers for one thing or another but the overall ambiance was pretty good. I’ll return hopefully with better staffing and service in tow..

The food is great. The staff is very friendly. The queso is the best around. I had the smoked brisket street tacos with cilantro and pickled onions, fabulous!! Chips and salsa were good. The prices were fair enough. $14 and some change for 3 street tacos, beans and rice and i drank water. In my opinion its better than the competition basically next door. Definitely will go back!!

We have eaten here now 3 times since Pepitos took over this space when Ono closed. Here are our thoughts…
The restaurant itself is beautiful and spacious. The staff is very friendly and sharp. The food is good. But it’s TOO EXPENSIVE for what they’re providing. With Ki Mexico literally next door, the menu is too large and it’s much steeper in price than seems reasonable.
Our lunch today was $39 before a tip.
We each had iced tea, not alcohol. It would be fair at $25-30.
We really want this place to succeed, and we work around the corner. I’d urge the management to pare down the lunch menu to a handful of traditional Mexican dishes and bring the price points down to rival costs of local competition. We will definitely continue as customers, and this place has great potential.
