Stopped by Momentum Coffee in the South Loop and it was honestly a great experience. The staff was super friendly without being fake-cheerful, which I respect. The mocha latte was legit delicious. Rich, balanced, not a sugar bomb pretending to be coffee. Chill spot, good vibes, and absolutely worth stopping in if you’re nearby.

service and food were great. i got the spinach, egg, and feta croissant sandwich which was good. i thought the coffee was just okay. every add-on is 50¢ which can add up to a pretty pricey drink. the flavor of the coffee was underwhelming. not to mention, the straws were flimsy which made it difficult for me to even drink my coffee. unfortunately, i believe there’s better coffee spots nearby

This place place is an absolute Gem. The staff were so friendly and kind upon entering. The chicken sausage egg and cheese tasted amazing and was a good portion. Highly recommend 10/10

I was looking forward to trying Momentum Coffee, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The Peach Cold Brew was not enjoyable, and when I shared my concerns, the staff did not offer a replacement or even a partial discount. I was told that no manager was available, which felt like an inadequate resolution. In situations like this, it would be helpful if team members were better trained or empowered to address customer issues. Additionally, I noticed pitchers of cold brew sitting out on the counter, which raised concerns about freshness and quality. I hope this feedback is received constructively, as there is potential for improvement.

I happen to be in Chicago for the Tastemakers Conference for food bloggers from all over the world. This coffee shop was mentioned and I knew I had to make a plan to visit. Well I am so glad I did. I walked in and the atmosphere was incredible. The staff was friendly and here is the best part.
When I arrived and it was my turn to order. As a food blogger I like to let the staff tell me what to try without letting them know what I do and this is what I did. I told her I like sweet iced coffee and she suggested an Iced Caramel Apple Butter Latte with whipped cream and it was fantastic on a scale of 1-10 I give this coffee shop a 12!

Nice breakfast spot where you can actually sit in and enjoy. The service was friendly and courteous. I had the turkey melt and a cappuccino, and both were good, I just wish they also had some fruit. I noticed that customers can also order online and come to pickup.

I really really love this place. I love the atmosphere. I love the warm friendly greeting when you go in. I love the quality of their coffees and their food items but I really really wish they had a no pet policy. I was shocked to see a woman walk in there with a dog as big as a camel the last time I visited and while I really do want to go back it was very off-putting. Pets do not belong where people are being served food. They have outside seating available for a reason.
