This place exceeded my expectations! The menu, drinks and dishes were more elevated than your normal pizzeria.

We tried a few things and they all were very fresh and well paired. The beet salad was big enough to share and lots of greens. The croquettes had a perfect crunchy exterior and were very delicious.

The pizza I would describe as Southern California style. Thin crust, wood fired oven and top quality modern ingredients. We tried the classic pepperoni and the pesto, both were great.

I’d come back to this place for sure. But you can expect a wait at peek times.

Absolutely horrible service. We were told a week in advance that reservations weren’t allowed. I went on feb 28th, and the blonde girl in glasses was probably one of the worst hosts I have ever encountered. One of my family member that made our spot in the 1 hour 30 waitlist and was told that all the spots were filled with reservations. He asked her why the wait time was so long when there were multiple empty tables, and she said it was because of reservations (that were late). Then she proceeded to tell him to go to the place next to the because the food was also good. Basically just implying for us to leave. After that rude interaction my whole family of 10 had to sit in the bars little hallway. Completely in the way of everyone that had to pass through there. This whole time there were multiple tables in the back to re-arrange the reservation to accommodate everyone but instead of using problem solving skills she made us sit there till 8pm. One of the tables where there was a “reservation “ was completely unused and the hour 30 we waited was completely for no reason. Then they proceeded to lie to us and said the birthday that was in the back was on their way out. No they weren’t. On top of that when we first go there her and the other girl would give each other looks after interacting with us right in front of us!!! It was completely unprofessional. I’ve never had this experience at a Bigalora before, and let me tell you this is unacceptable!

We’ve visited this restaurant multiple times and the food—especially the pizzas—is always great. They also offer gluten- and dairy-free options, which we really appreciate.
However, the seating situation is consistently frustrating. There are often 5–8 empty tables sitting unused for 30 minutes or more, even while groups of people are waiting to be seated. Every time we ask, we’re told the tables are reserved. If that’s the case, their reservation timing clearly isn’t managed well.
It’s disappointing to see guests walk out because so many tables remain empty for so long. We ended up leaving as well. It’s hard to justify coming back when the dining experience starts with such preventable delays.
Not sure if we’ll return, despite how much we enjoy the food.

Fabulous food, great draft beers and friendly attentive staff. We had the Arugala salad with chicken, Rice ball, Meat balls and Clams. Everything was delicious. The red sauces on the meat balls and rice balls are amazing. The salad was fresh and bursting with flavor. They have draft beers from the Arbor Brewing company. I will definately go back!

i’ll start with saying they have a very nice outdoor seating area and offer spots in the sun or the shade. pizza was very good, the other foods were lacking flavor and missing that “wow” factor you expect from places like this. my pasta also came out cold. the service was okay. i’m glad i got to try it but would recommend other spots in the downtown Plymouth area.

Margherita pizza was decent but the funghi pizza was pretty meh. Overall a little overpriced in my opinion for what you’re getting. I’d expect better given the emphasis on wood-fired pizza as a specialty here.

Great pizza. Service – we got our food & that was the last time we saw our server. Lol
He wasn’t checking on us, or asking us if we wanted anything else to drink/eat. We barely found him to bring us the check at the end.
The place was happening – they even dimmed the lights around 8 pm, so it’s a perfect little date spot (unless you want another drink).

Ok…..I am impressed with the atmosphere, the fresh delicious food, uniquely tasteful desserts and warm staff. Our server, Lindsey was very attentive despite having tables all over. It was my first time here and I most assuredly plan to return to try the “Wood Fired” pizza. We got calamari and tuscan fries for appetizers, then The Chicken Parmgiana and Spaghetti Clam sauce. The portions are perfect !!! When I tell ya they weren’t in the least stingy with the clams, believe it. The desserts we had were the Cannoli (which has a very unique and distinct taste all it’s own) and the Frittelle!!! As I stated both unique and unique tasting desserts satisfy and are portioned to share in ways I cannot describe! You just have to try them. *Note* that these are the freshest and best tasting Calamri I have had since moving to this side of the map!!!

We had CAPRICCIOSA pizza and the kids had the kids personal pizza. It was good but probably wouldn’t get it again. The pizza is thin and probably meant for 1 person unless you get something else as a side. Kid friendly but service was terrible. The waitress never checked drinks and was incredibly slow. With young kids, it’s very difficult to sit and constantly wait on the waitress. We were there for over an hour because the service was slow and not attentive. It wasn’t overly busy either.
