If i could leave a negative star review i would. we went in on Sat Feb 28th around 730. only 1 other table. We waited 20 min for our drinks, our appetizer came it was ok ( chicken Wings) I ordered the Creamy Tuscan Chicken ( YUCK). My husband ordered Steak Tips Med. After 45 min wait for pasta and steak tips, the food arrived at our table. Steak tips were over cooked, rice was so stuck together we thought it was mashed potatoes. My husband said it was the worst dinner he has ever had. My meal- waiter never asked what kind of pasta i wanted ( ill let that slide) Horrible taste flavor. Wanted to put salt to see if that would help no salt or pepper at the table. After 5 min we were done, couldnt take another bite. I prob had about 4 bites. Waiter came and yelled across the room if we needed boxes. He never asked if we needed anything or how our dinners were. I cleary didnt eat mine. We should of read reviews before we went in. I learned my lesson

Only customers in dining area, Waited 1hr No food. After waiting patiently, I had to get up and look for an employee. After tracking someone down, I was told it would be right out. After growing impatient, another 30 minutes went by. Instead of rudely walking out, i ask for the tab and for it to go. They charged me full price and apologized for the wait. Food was terrible.

So my husband and I decided if we are to go out to eat we will only go to places we’ve never been…..This place was scary! I wish we looked at the reviews ahead of time and also phoned a friend. This place had a friendly waitress, yes, and appeared clean, sure, but the food and drinks were terrible. We had coke Diet Coke, water with lemon, and a blueberry cocktail. The waitress put our drinks down and stuck her pen in my water and had to fight to get her pen out (she didn’t say anything) this should’ve been our first sign to leave. Coke and Diet Coke were flat, and did not even taste like real Coke products. We ordered a pink lemonade hopefully this would be better, nope, flavorless colored water. We ordered our apps, bang bang shrimp and fried pickles. They came out and the sauce for the pickles was dried up in spots (like the film pudding has if not covered) the pickles tasted like the drier oil was a week or more old and not filtered. Shrimp looked like it was frozen I didn’t dare try it but my friend ate it. It was greasy and freezer burnt. We ordered meals hopefully these would be better, cranberry stuffed chicken, cheeseburger, fish and chips as well as bbq steak tips. The food came to the table looking horrible. I was afraid to eat. My chicken was overcooked definitely a frozen meal and the gravy on my food looked like something of a horror film. I wish I took pictures. My husband had a bbq streak tips. They looked and tasted like it was previously frozen and was drastically overcooked. They had a line of bbq sauce (dried) going down the length of it he did ask for medium. Our good friend ordered the fish and chips that came out looking like the pickles all dark and like it was fried in week old grease that wasn’t filtered. Tasted also frost bite and greasy.
The odor of cigarette smoke was present the whole time, who was smoking? Where was it coming from ♀️
Also my husband was saying he did not feel good before we even left looked like he was not going to make it home.
Definitely stay away from this place unless you want a gut reset

It is an extremely pleasant environment, well located, great for a nice lunch or dinner with family or friends, extremely clean and cozy, good, efficient and cordial service, clean bathrooms, it has two indoor environments that are the dinner room and the lounge room together with the bar, the menu has several food options ranging from pasta, meat, seafood, chicken, pork, salads and typical American foods, some dessert options, it has a specific drink menu, the drinks are very good, the staff are very polite, there is a huge parking lot in front of the restaurant , many spaces are reserved for wheelchair users, I think it is a family place so you can take your children with ease. The only problem I have to complain about the restaurant that made me give 4 stars in my review was the delay in delivering my orders, the restaurant was empty and we were waiting a long time to receive our orders, apart from this delay everything was perfect. the food and drinks are delicious. I recommend 8/10.

Sunday at 7 pm. They close at 8 pm. There was vomit on the girls bathroom floor, but they do have a changing table. The waitress was very pleasant and nice. There were only 3 groups inside including mine. I ordered the pulled pork but she came back to let me know it was out. I asked her what to get and she rec the Chipotle sandwich. It’s a 7/10 very spicy for those who don’t tolerate spice well. The cheese was burnt in some areas, but the sandwich was very soft and lovely. The fries were hot but clearly overcooked. I also ordered a Berry Cosmo martini, it was very nice for my first martini ever. The atmosphere was gentle and pleasant.

Online says its opened for lunch drove all the way there to find out it’s closed and the door says it’s opened at 4. A disheveled man walks out so I ask if they are open and he replied no. So I informed him it says differently online and they should fix that to which his reply was look at the door it says 4:30. Idk who he was but I’m glad I dodged that bullet. I don’t want anyone looking and smelling like that near my food.

Disappointed. Came in at 7:20pm on a Saturday night with my husband and 5 year old son. The ONLY table in the dining room. Service was slow but we are patient and understanding. My son started getting impatient and crying that he was hungry for his food in which was understandable as it had been 45 minutes since we ordered. At 8:15PM the waitress informed me she forgot to place our food. They close at 8:30… she brought his Mac n cheese over at 8:20 and forgot that he had a side of fries with his kids entree. Needless to say our food was thrown together and boxed for takeout. The bill was $75, there was no discount for their mistake and the food was trash. Also an old man leaving the bar stopped by our table to make a rude comment upfront of my 5 year old. Disgusting! This was the worst experience I have ever had dining out and I’m very frustrated this place can run a business this way. Robbed of time and money and absolutely pissed off with the service and lack of respect. I honestly can’t believe we just lost money for a dinner that I couldn’t eat. Never again.
