The worst subway experience I’ve ever had. The slowest sandwich makers on the face of this earth. They don’t know how to make basic sandwiches, didn’t even make the sandwich that I asked for. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and got a Philly cheese steak. #they are high out of their mind.

Ordered a turkey bacon footlong with a little bit of lettuce and spinach, cucumber, tomatoes olives and a little bit of salt, pepper and mayo. All was as ordered EXCEPT THE SALT! I was of course very hungry and was unable to eat but 3 bites there was so much salt my lips started to burn. My son’s was the same way its like the lid fell off the salt. I had 2 other people try a bite one of them spit it out! The steak 6 inch was mostly all sauce seriously had to search for the steak! I paid $40 + for what was to supposed to be our dinner

Found this on my sandwich and was luckily dining in so I could at the very least get a refund. It took a while for anyone to help me after I said something was wrong with the sandwich though. I don’t think it’s something the employee could’ve caught before serving because it was on the bottom of the bread so I’m leaving this review strictly for others reading to either double check their food before consuming or to stop coming here.
If you look through other reviews you’ll see the lack of hygiene and cleanliness is a common issue that they clearly don’t care to fix. 🙁

The skimpy sandwiches are absolutely rediculous. I’ll never understand the lack of standards here. This is a big chain and this location puts it to shame. I ordered a tuna sandwich. See pictures, they speak for themselves. They also don’t accept subway coupons. Prices are also higher than other locations.

Very unwelcoming atmosphere. No smiles or any semblance of customer service. Ordered the footling tuna and asked for mayo on 1/2 and mustard on all, on the bread before the tuna was put on. There was soo much of both on there that it dripped and cooped with every bite. Had to get a fork and scrape it off to continue eating. Will never go there again. McDonald’s would have been better.

Didn’t get our order right. Paid over $40 for 3 sandwiches and 2 of them were incorrect, 1 being completely inedible and the other missing toppings.
Order was on time and service was good. No hate to the employees as they were busy and likely are under paid and over worked.
Didn’t notice order was wrong til we brought it home as we did online pickup. My father couldn’t even eat his sandwich due to the dressing that was incorrectly added and he went without lunch. We don’t live in town so it wasn’t worth the time and gas to go back.
Will not be returning to this location again, which is unfortunate as the silver valley is already limited in its food options.

Stopped in to get some lunch and a chirro. The tuna sandwich was great as was the new no. 31 on the menu. The staff was very nice and efficient. The curio was hard and not very good. Next time we will try the footlong cookie.

The girl working the window was very nice, but man this subway has been neglected for a while. The girl was using a pen and paper to get our orders through the window because the lobby is closed. Pretty sure she is working alone. Oof
