Best pizza in the area. Lots of toppings and real cheese make it an awesome pie when you’re hungry! ! Stopped for a pizza today and i think its even better than before. Really great pizzas and fried bologna sandwiches too. Super friendly owners

Had the Portobello Mushrooms & Supreme Pizza. Mushrooms were delicious(*would be better served with a horseradish sauce). Was so chalk full of toppings that I ate 2 pieces and was stuffed! And it was one of the best tavern pizzas I’ve ever had! And that’s sayin somethin!
A very small tavern with limited seating. Got the feeling the locals weren’t too happy with outsiders finding their gem(I don’t blame them!).
Waitress was super friendly and very attentive. Even though they had a “Reserved Section” for a party!
I highly recommend going out of your way to try them!

Awesome pizzas. Drinks were ok, my only real complaint is the service. It seems like this place always has a 100 year old bartender. Whether it be male or female they are always very old and crabby. They need to maybe hire someone younger and more pleasant.

Friendly locals and some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. The crust isn’t super thick, but it is loaded with toppings. Yum Yum… We had pepperoni, black olive, and jalapeno; I topped it off with parmesan, hot sauce, and a little ranch drizzle. So freaking delicious!

Extremely friendly service and amazing food. You know what to expect as soon as you walk in the door. Small, familiar and relaxed. Expect no frills of any kind, but do expect great pizza and amazing bar food staples at very reasonable prices. The menu has an impressive variety of fried appetizers, sandwiches, pizzas and more. If you’re near Summerfield, it’s worth your time to stop by Mike’s Place for a beer and meal.
