FIRST off I have ordered around 32 pizzas from them this year! And i used to work many years ago for a competitor. So I’m familiar with and LOVE their pizza. The crust is chewy and the ingredients are substantial. They typically cost more but you get what you pay for.
But on to my review of the occasional problem…
We had a mix up on my order originally.
The manager, Justin, upon hearing, wanted to correct the problem. He was professional and offered to deliver it to my home personally.
We spoke face to face on the following Saturday and it was a positive conversation. No yelling just two guys talking.
My family and I love their pizza so I am glad the manager was cool and took responsibility. It is refreshing to have someone of stature who can accept the occasional issue with professional rapport.

Btw they were super busy but made sure I didn’t leave until I was 100% happy.

Poor excuse for a business. Ordered tonight and it was an hour late. The girl dropped off my order to the wrong people, I let her know upfront that this wasn’t my order. She apologized said she will have the kitchen remake it and come back out. I told her thank you so much. I get a call from the Marcos like 30 mins later saying they can have her drive back out but they’ll charge me another 5 dollars?? Or that they will cancel it. Absolutely poor professionalism. To charge me for their mistake? He acted like that was his only options instead of having the driver get back in her car and drop the food back off? So now almost 3 hrs and no food. I canceled that. Stay far away from here

False advertisement, I have pictures to prove it. My pizza is supposed to have pepperoni on it and only came with onions. Because in that picture that’s on DoorDash has pepperoni on it so this pizza place and they need to fix what they have up there cause it’s just false advertisement

I literally live two blocks from this location, and I ordered pizza from here all the time for my kids and family. But the last few times I have been coming in and placing orders they will take my money and when I come and pick up my orders either they’re not able to process my order or they never received my order at all, so my order was never made, but it was clearly the correct location and it clearly shows that I paid. This is super inconvenient, especially when I am on a time crunch. I don’t have time to be waiting another 20-30 minutes for a pizza to be made when I originally ordered the pizza for carry out for that reason. Marco’s corporate office needs to come up with a better system than what is going on right now. They need to reevaluate the systems that they use and know that it is glitching way too much. I take it out on the workers because who else is there to take it out on. The Manager was very professional and definitely took an irate situation and calmed it down. But that doesn’t excuse the missing orders situation because this needs to be fixed ASAP.

I dont know if Marcos treats their employees poorly or what but every Marcos location that I go into, I’m treated like scum. I had an incident at the Cuyahoga Falls location, and I notified corporate of that incident. I had doordash block my account from that location. Now I was just in getting food from the Hawkins location and I was again talked to with disrespect and contempt. In thousands of dashes, I’ve never had an issue and am a very docile person. What’s going on? Marcos better have a serious management change soon or no one will be coming back.

My online order wasn’t correct. I ordered the 6.99 any topping. Sausage, pepperoni, old world style pepperoni, Bacon, black olives. I received a cheese pizza. Frustrated, I called back to this location. Talk to Jason the manager. I did cuss at Jason frustrated my order was incorrect. Jason the manager cussed at me then hung up. I went back up there. Jason the manager was visibly intoxicated. I took a picture. His eyes were glassy, red and blood shot. I asked Jason if he was high on something. He replied his eyes were red because he works a lot of hours. I just worked 13 hrs, and my eyes do not look like yours. The other employees corrected my order. I commend their service
But Jason was rude discourteous and clearly intoxicated. I asked fr his immediate supervisor he said there was no one above him.

Worst customer service ever Anthony the team lead at the store lies about being the manager and then doesn’t let you talk to the manager and then when you do get Jason the manager on the phone, he laughed at you and doesn’t try to help you whatsoever and tells you that he doesn’t care if you eat at his store or not go somewhere else. I’ll be calling corporate and making sure Anthony and Jason both learned from this lesson

Two deliveries in I find personally the Marco’s Pizza from North Hawkins to be the most desirable Pizza that I’ve had so far the pizza was delivered Street side the way it ought to be I live right in downtown and they delivered it with a smile it was hot it was delicious and it’s what our family needed today because of what’s going on around us I mean heck sometimes there is no faith like the present thank you very much for the team effort for my Hawaiian pizza and my chicken salad today it was an amazing moment for me I don’t go out much
