Our Philosophy. There was an old-world way of cooking before microwaves and drive-through windows. Fresh and clean ingredients were introduced in earthen pots and slowly cooked over low heat, bringing out unparalleled flavor while maintaining life-giving nutrition. These meals were prepared to be enjoyed together with others, savoring life. At The Clay Pot, we believe that food should still be prepared with such love and care. We believe that sustainable, locally-sourced ingredients are good for our planet, our community, and our souls. We believe that incredible taste should be paired with life-giving nutrition. At The Clay Pot, you will find the freshest, cleanest ingredients prepared with delicate attention to flavor and tradition.

For cocktails, I had a nice single-malt scotch. Decent pour but a great price point. I’ve seen the same stuff for 2x pretty regularly so it was nice to save a buck.
Walking in the door, there was absolutely zero doubt in my mind that we were ordering their grilled feta appetizer. So glad we did! I’m going to be replicating this dish at home for years to come. Think of a square slice of feta, top generously with fresh oregano and parsley then wrap in baking paper and toss it in the oven. So flavorful and creamy. Served with some hearty bread on the side. Pure deliciousness!
My entree was the sea bass. I really enjoyed the grill flavor on the fish and thought it was prepared perfectly. Tender and flavorful describe this dish. Sides were delicious as well but the fish is what stood out to me. I would love to learn to cook a piece of fish like they prepared this one.
Every Wednesday they have a multi course meal called “Dinner with the Chef”
4.7/5
Walk in, Great ambiance from the start with a small bar lined with an amazing scotch assortment and the ideal music playing in the background. I’m greeted right away by the two workers behind the bar and welcomed to have a seat.
Proceeded to have a very well-made Lemon Drop Martini and the Chicken Piccata–both just heaven! The best part of the whole experience though truly was the staff and the welcoming environment that each one of them created, you can tell its a great place to work which always speaks volumes to the care that is put into the food, and drink!
