BE AWARE! My girlfriend placed an order that totaled $61.00. This Gino’s location charge her debit card $100 flat. Now why would there be any other charge on the order besides $61.00? Unless someone changed it on their own. Still waiting on them to credit her debit card the $100 that they pretty much stole.

We love they’re Pubwichs, which are usually good but they missed the mark on these ones, and these are kinda pricey too, at least put something inside (these were with extra lettuce too).

We had a great experience on dinning pizza. We order two medium and one extra large chicken pizza with extra cheese and jalapeños. It took a while to get the order but it was worth a wait. Everything was so fresh and hot with cheese all over the pizza. Loved the freshness and the taste. We ended up ordering one more extra large size pizza. Also they have a nice dining space. One of my best experience. Deserve 5 ⭐️ in our service (04242023). The women’s taking order and serving us were also sweet.

In recent months, the overall food quality and consistency of getting the orders correct on the staff’s part has been a painfully mixed bag until yesterday evening. Me and my mother ordered two sandwiches (one whole and one half) with specific requests for each one. None of them were correct upon delivery and there were hairs discovered in each of the sandwiches.
The manager at the location denied that there were hairs in the sandwiches and went as far as to present the cook who made the sandwiches to me in an attempt to disprove it, but I didn’t believe them whatsoever because the hairs were obviously black and this person’s hair length was more than enough to confirm my suspicion. They did remake the food (without hairs) but the order was still incorrect (requested lettuce and tomato, got a patty caked with mayonnaise, cheese, and lettuce).
I just don’t know what’s been going on with Gino’s lately.

I ordered two pubwiches with one being light lettuce. I had added on both orders black olives, and the photo is the result I got. I paid online and when we went to pick up the food, they said I owed them an additional $10.some odd change. They added a calzone to my order that I didn’t request. They were able to take care of that, but highly disappointed in what I received.

Today November 7th approximately 1hr. Ago,I dialed Gino’s on Fairlawn ave to order a salad my call x5 went unanswered,so I wanted the salad as it was conveniently located on my way! As I stood at the counter I spoke with a caucasian man and waited politely while he waited on another lady..I’d advised him that my call went unanswered..here where I felt I was being PROVOKED! So I stated perhaps the high winds interfered and the lady customer agreed but the man behind the counter were becoming defensive and a bit agitated as he beginning to declare he’d seen my calls spoke my name on the caller ID and the number of times I had caiied…taking the time to ask me where I lived even…which I absolutely refused to answer! A very nice young negro man went about and made my salad…the caucasian man..rung up my brownie and salad,then inserted my DEBIT CARD, into a handheld apparatus that didn’t work..finally taking it over to the large screen register…he kept stated that nothing worked for unknown reasons today! My concern is theory about being PROVOKED and cops being called on me because of my race by someone who might feel threatened because I’m speaking back to them in a manner their race isn’t accustomed too from their geographical living area! Don’t necessarily by any means feel good about this one cafuffle as I’ve not experienced this before!

I ordered a Philly pubwich and another for my husband. These were the worst ones I think I have ever had. The bread was SO thick and was different than they used to be. Horrible. If I would have checked them before I had made it home I would have taken them back and asked for a refund.
