Have been eating at the Lake Charles Arby’s since they opened a few years back. Food is always great. Service has occasionally been not so great over the years.
I had an issue with service a couple of weeks ago and let the company know. I was contacted by the GM Ms Lydia, and she made it right.
Thank you once again, as I know how hard it is to find good help these days. I guess you have to keep an eye on morning crews and on younger people in general these days.

Food was hot, fast and so so so fresh. The manager Kati was super nice and went out of her way to make sure my experience was great. The store was clean and very organized. I will definitely be back.

I came here for lunch today and had the best experience I can ever remember having at a fast food restaurant. Ms. Nikki was an absolute ray of sunshine and has the most kind and friendly attitude, she helped me decide what to order and was very pleasant to talk to. It’s such a breath of fresh air being treated as not just a welcomed customer but a welcomed person in general! The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back as often as I’m in the area!

They mixed in extremely old meat with old meat. They had to know this was bad and still gave it to me. They also didn’t have the right bun for what I ordered. Gave me a tablespoon of cheese in my extra cheese container. Fries were to hard to eat. Haven’t been in a while and now I see why I don’t get food here anymore. Very disappointed. Please figure out how to give me a refund for order AACVELSR9QAR… Im pissed. I was craving Arbys just for it to be horrible. Not worth driving to take it back. I just wont go there again. At least the guy in the drive through was nice. Just make it right. Yall lose customers by sending out bad food like this.

Went to eat lunch with my daughter and I was so impressed by our experience for it being fast food. The food was hot and fresh, restaurant was clean and the service was top notch! Nikki was so helpful and kind. Such a hard worker you can tell. The crew in the back looked like they were staying real busy.

I order food from arby’s through Uber Eats. I even pay for the priority delivery. And when I got my food. It like it has been sitting up for hours instead of them dropping me Fresh food for my delivery. I have tried calling the restaurant several times and no one is answering. Instead they took the phone off the hook , sandwich was so old and cold that the cheese did not melt

This location is great in all areas! Orders are correct, staff is friendly and helpful, it’s clean, and the service is fast. Our grand babies love going here and interacting with the crew.
Nikki goes above and beyond to provide excellent service! She is friendly, genuine and helpful. Alonso also makes sure the experience is awesome, and provides exceptional service. Definitely recommend!
