This place was fine until I tried to politely tell the staff recently that the pizza they gave me was undercooked. I didn’t ask for a refund, I was very polite. Yet the young man who worked there was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Then he hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. Again, I was being very polite and respectful, so clearly this place needs to do a better job of teaching their employees to be polite, at the very least. This persons behavior was honestly shameful to himself and immature. It seems like this place needs more supervision, or something. This is the only dominos I’ve ever had this problem at, and I’ve been a regular Customer ordering the same pizza for years at multiple different locations. What a waste.

Drove thru Texas the last couple days and received some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life. The 2 clowns you had working last night closing (Wednesday) literally went out of their way to ignore me, not answer the phone, not answer the door nor the pickup window AFTER I had already paid for my order. What a shame

Great service. Courteous staff. Prompt preparation of pizza.
The only thing currently is that when we first started stopping by for as we were heading home to Alpine, there was a worker, server or cashier whom looked for coupons to save us money. We usually buy two pizzas, $40+. Not currently or anymore. They are still courteous. I understand it’s up to the customer to look online for savings.

Stop for the night after a 10 hour drive. Noticed that there was a Domino’snear my motel.
Ordered web site special.
Less money than McD and 10X better.
I have pizza in the room refrigerator for my lunch on the road tomorrow.
