Bad service today. Went thru drive thru today. Ordered tha same thing i always order. #11 country club lite on the mayo and be sure to cut it on half. A #12 beach club cut in half and 1 pickle cut in quarters. Both sandwiches not cut and got a 1/2 pickle not even cut. Hardly any avocado on the beach club

Just had the most delicious lettuce sandwich. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch, not a lot of that, but a ton of lettuce. I still like the place but stuff like that is annoying.

Went to the drive up this afternoon, get to the window to pay and get my rewards. When I get to the window the person working turned around when I asked to give my rewards. Someone else came to the window and I asked to give my rewards and was told it was too late. By this time someone who said he was a manager told me it was too late I let him know that was unacceptable as I tried to give my number but was ignored. He finally acted like he was entertaining my rewards and didn’t. It small, but things are expensive, don’t offer something if you aren’t going to give us a chance to use them.

Jimmy Johns subs are good. I order on a weekly basis. This is my main store and it is a hit or miss place. Sometimes the orders are fast and good quality. Other times it takes an hour for delivery with poor quality.

This location has been great. We are sorry for this, but Google had posted a later close time than the location actually had which is 10pm. On 2 separate occasions me and my gf ordered through the app at the end of their day right before 10pm (based off of the 2am close time provided) and the shop made our sandwich perfectly and had it on time and advised us of the change and politely handled the order. Thank you guys, you really were so polite and made delicious sandwiches.

Ordered a $45 order and waited for almost 40 minutes!! Called and the foreign manager who answered the phone said that his driver should be there shortly with our food… waited almost 20 more minutes before calling back and he became super rude saying we would get our food when it showed up!! It never showed up so we canceled the order and asked for a refund which he told us we we weren’t getting because we made his driver cry!! We never spoke to the driver so how we made her cry is beyond me!! He told us he wasn’t giving a refund and that he was going to pay his driver for the INCONVENIENCE!!!!! The inconvenience of not showing up with the food we ordered and paid for!! We will NOT be giving them our business again!! Absolutely the worst kind of management training if any at all!! If I could rate zero stars I would but I have to at least rate 1 but it really doesn’t even deserve that star!

Normally this location is great but the last experience was horrible. The guy who took our order was so rude and disrespectful and had an attitude the entire time like he was being bothered by having to take an order. We were the only car there…. When we pulled up to the window his just opened the window and stared at us then held his hand out for payment. No welcome, no acknowledgement other than a cold, rude stare. He handed the card back after running it and continued to stare at us. No “thank you” or “here you go” or anything. Just another cold, rude stare. He gave us our food without a word and continued to stare at us then closed the window. The entire transaction occurred without a word after the drive thru. The receipt said the order taker was Carson. Unbelievably rude and horrible experience.
