I’ve been ordering from this location for well over a decade. Today, I ordered food at a little after 5pm. It is now 6:40pm, and I still have no pizza. I called at around 6:30, and whoever answered the phone basically said they have a single driver, and he’s “pretty sure” my pizza hasn’t been picked up by said driver, even though the tracker has been saying it’s “on the road” for the past 30 minutes … Hungry Howies is mid pizza to begin with, so if you can’t deliver effectively, you’ve lost my business. I don’t know who the employees name is that helped me last time, and this time. Last time they ran out of anchovies, and he was very apologetic he offered me something in place of it.I said, no because i was really craving the anchovies. Today I forgot to order the anchovies. Not only did he remember the last time i did not get any and I really wanted them. He apologized again and gave me the anchovies, I forgot to order free this time. For an employee to remember such a small simple thing like that. And do what he could to make it right. He is a great employee. Give him a raise or something.

This place makes good pizza but don’t get delivery. At least my experience was they don’t have their own delivery drivers, they send it out to door dash or one of those services. I never got my pizza, had to go pick it up anyway so now I only get carry out.

Ordered pizza for a kids party the day before for 4:45pm delivery. Nothing. At 5pm I called. Terrible service. Rude. Late. Would never order from this location again. Called multiple times. Hung up on. Placed on hold for a long time. Finally drove there. They said they were busy and had to go home and wait. Finally it showed up nearly an hour late. What is the point of pre order if they can’t deliver? Awful awful awful.
