I ordered steamed shrimp & chicken with vegetables (steamed) they didn’t know what that was and it was disappointing to experience as other places serve no problem.

Almost threw up after biting into a wing. So much grease it was dripping out of the meat. No flavor from any of their food. Lo mein noodles were not lo mein noodles they were spaghetti noodles with dry sauce clumped up all over the noodles. Wonton soup was very tough the wonton dumplings were chewy. The honey chicken was tough and didn’t have any sauce on them the honey chicken had a side of honey to go with them and that is what they considered honey chicken. The egg rolls were cabbage eggrolls no meats no other flavor in them. I guess when a customer places an order in the evening, they give their customers the left over, dried up food they were going to throw into the trash. Called to say I will bring the food back for a full refund and they hung up. The food was thrown in my trash because it was not edible. I will dispute with my bank for sure. I did not get what I ordered.

For me,Absolutely love the food from China Wok,very nice people (new owner which is very good service and super friendly),I moved here about a year,I have been there several times to order dinner for my family,and I always oder a lot food from them.Im the person who don’t write reviews until I saw bad reviews,go there once and wrote a review tell people they ain’t good.You can’t judge people with subjective opinions.Because no one is perfect all the time. Anyway,I will always go back there for chinese food.

So disappointing!! Used to be the best Chinese food in the area. Recently, portions are smaller and prices higher. I normally get the honey chicken and it would be dressed with the honey sauce already on. Today when I picked my order (honey chicken with pork fried rice, crab rangoon, and egg rolls). The chicken was burnt and dry, the sauce in a separate container, the pork fried rice was extremely salty, the crab rangoon burnt, and the egg rolls were like the ones you would buy in the frozen food section at Walmart, no meat just cabbage. The food was just not fresh at all! Why not call and complain, one would say right? I would have called to complain but I have learned a long time ago with Chinese restaurants that, 1) They do not care and will not replace your food and 2) They will never give your money back! I will not be going back to that restaurant nor will recommend that place to anyone.

Employees and managers are extremely rude and disrespectful! I placed an order and drove to the location and I did not see it open and lights were off. I waited about 5 mins and ended up leaving to find food somewhere else I received a call and the lady said they were now open and I can pick up my order. I explained what happened and she began to yell at me and saying that it was my problem not theirs and that they were not cancelling my order and refunding my money. I washing up on multiple times and yelled at. The other male manager called me back and proceeded to disrespect me and talk to me as if I was stupid until finally telling me he will cancel the order and refund me my money. I explained that it was not needed for them to be unprofessional and rude and he kept giving me attitude and saying I said I would give you back your money didn’t I?!
I will be waiting for my refund and I will never give these disrespectful people my money or service. Their food isn’t even that good! I will be definitely finding a new and better restaurant.

I rarely leave poor reviews but this was gross and $20 wasted. The honey chicken is fried in so much bread and was soggy inside with dry chicken inside. I don’t know exactly how that is accomplished but it wasn’t good to eat at all. The noodles were soggy, and steamed dumplings doughy. Wouldn’t recommend and hope this helps others.

Completely different as other stores, nothing compares to the Alafaya China Wok. We are looking for real Chinese, not yellow vegetable rice and the ribs are cooked but seem they put sauce on top ♀️ Eggroll tastes like fried a few times, taste greasy
