For $11+ though, the portions feel a bit small. Panda Express gives you more for less, and even throws in a fortune cookie. This place is cash only and skips the cookie, but still a good spot overall. Just bring cash, and maybe a snack for later.

I used to come to Imperial Express all the time after college, and after all these years, it’s still just as amazing—if not even better. The orange chicken is next level—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The service is always friendly and fast, just like I remembered. It’s a true hidden gem that stands the test of time. Good food, portions are a little small but the food is filling, CASH ONLY. There’s an atm in a nearby food shop just to the right of the restaurant but we recommend having cash on you already.

I tried this place based on reviews. I should have listened to the 1 start review before mine. The Orange Chicken was hard as a rock. There was virtually no chicken, and all crispy outside. The Fried Rice was bland, and the Chow Mein was just gross. The Veggie Rolls were soggy. I wouldn’t recommend this place. We’ll stick with Panda Express.

Been getting food here for over 2 decades, food has always been great, portions have always been huge (the to go trays can barely close), the price is great, and the family and their employees running it have always been super friendly. It is always clean though it is a little small and parking can be tough, but those are a small price to pay for how good everything is, especially the orange chicken.
