Update: 7 months after last visit. It was that kind of day & Rio was ever so patient and understanding that I lost track and bought 8. Not to mention, I was at another location yesterday. The moment she started that signature scoop-smash-mix routine, I knew I was in for something dangerously delicious.
Rio was fun, friendly and ready to whip up whatever chaotic masterpiece my sugar-craving brain came up with. She did not judge, she just cold-stone and conquer.
If happiness had a texture, it would be her phenomenally stellar service and ice cream. If indulgence had a name, it would be Rio Cold Stone. And if self-control ever asked what happened…I’ll just blame the mix-ins. ✨

Stopped by for an evening sweet treat today. Elian was super friendly and we enjoyed his customer service, as well as the ice creams he made for us! Location is clean and neat, cakes and candies were stocked well. Recommend visiting.

Got there at 9:30 to pick up a mobile order. Was met with aditude when I apologized and was met yet again with “next time just be here on time.” Yeah not gonna crash my car because someone wouldn’t let me off a free way exit and I was picking up a order at 9:30. Extremely poor customer service.

This is my kind of heaven with so many incredible ice cream types that they end up making soft and letting you add any kind of topping that you can think of. Love this place and love the people and they are always so incredibly friendly. Make sure Matthew is working when you go. Great service, mixes ice cream like a boss. If you’re nice enough he may try a trick with the ice cream, I haven’t seen it but that’s the rumor in the ice cream community. Overall great experience and great ice cream.

Ordered a $100 cake to be ready Friday night. Cake wasn’t ready. I was not early. Guy working the register told me to come back the next day at 10 am to pick it up. They are not open until 12 and not answering their phone.
Update: I was able to pick up my cake but no concession was made for them failing to have my cake ready at the pick up time.

I visited on Wednesday with my grandson and his friend. Roi was upbeat and customer focused. When I told her my grandson had a nut allergy, she took extra care, mixing his ice cream in a separate area in the back of the store to avoid contamination. Deeply appreciated! We will be back – and look forward to trying an ice cream cake in the near future!

Amazingly good ice cream. We got the regular love it size and a kid size. The biscuit bowl is crunchy. You get the first mixin for free then 1.15$ each for the next ones.
