Very disappointed with my little Caesars order tonight. I went ahead and paid more money to have DoorDash deliver it to me so that we could have it for Halloween dinner. When the pizza was delivered, I opened it up to find that my custom-made pepperoni, olive, mushroom pizza had one piece of pepperoni on it, and only a quarter of the pizza had mushrooms and the olives were scattered sporadically. Just takes me off because it’s supposed to be convenient and I didn’t get what I paid for. So I went back to the store feeling discouraged because I was trying to get things conveniently, but I do have to say that when I showed the gal at the front Counter my pizza she took care of things so quick I believe her name was Leah. She jumped into action and before I knew I had my new pizza and it was exactly what I ordered.

Literally probably the most immature crew I have ever seen at a Little Caesar’s highly unimpressed talking shit on there customer right in ear shot ignorant little blonde kid at the front should lose his job our order was over an hour late and it was for our daughter’s birthday party oh, and apparently they were ready and he told us we weren’t ready so we sat at the store for 40 minutes and our pizza has got nice and cold here. Let’s share some photos. Not to mention that it was sitting on the counter out of the heat lamp the whole time we were at the restaurant when he finally brought it forward he sat it on the counter and walked away. No compensation was offered nothing. It was cold and old by the time we got to get to our daughter‘s party Highly disappointed, and unless they do something about the crew that is there, we will not be taking our family nor any of our close friends to this establishment any longer. An order of any size should be hot and fresh if ordered in advance.

I went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza, Italian crazy bread and crazy combo with extra sauce. The sauce cups were a third full maybe. These are $1.69 according to the app. So I was a bit annoyed when I payed for two and didn’t even get one full cup. I called hoping to go back to get more and the lady who answered said “I don’t know what you want me to do about it”. Well first off you could fill the cups full. Secondly you could cut the attitude. Very frustrating. On the other hand the pizza was fresh and tasted great.

The girl dropped my sauce on the ground then threw it in the bag with my breadsticks. I looked at her and said did that just fall in the ground? And she said yeah, do you want a new one? Of course I do. She also had contaminated my food because she had just thrown it in the bag with it. I left at that point and threw my food away. This is a disturbing thing to witness and I’m guessing a food violation. That floor has to be disgusting.

Today stopped to grab a quick dinner for the littles… lesson learned to check the pizza before leaving!!! Pizza clearly burnt or been cooking in warmer for hours. The staff at the counter was not very friendly.

Recently ordered the pretzel pizza for the first time and loved it. The past two times I ordered it, this is what I got. Looks nothing like the advertised pretzel pizza didn’t even get the salt on it. I don’t know what changed or why, figured the first time it happened there was a mistake but now this seems to be the norm. Extremely disappointed:(

I hate to say it but my review reflects what others are saying. The crew has not been trained well. They put our order in the wrong spot and then when asked about it they took a while to figure out and confirm the correct order. One of the staff even started to argue with my wife about the order even though she had the code to open the portal saying “how do we know its your order”. I know it was a Sunday but the staff needs better training and better customer service training. Pizza was just ok.
