Doordash had a delivery issue and with a quick call Devon (Devin?) got us taken care of with both empathy and expediency. Phenomenal customer service! If someone at PJ’s HQ reads these please either give them a raise or at least some extra PTO. I quit using our local Dominos for crap delivery times and service and this branch of PJ’s has totally won me over with this one order.

Edited update: It’s always something with this location in peticular, decided to give another shot after a while…and of course the ovens are down/broken and cant place an order. Geez. Keep reading for original review. Ordered online, pizza and bread sticks. Only breadsticks came. Look and saw my order history only had bread sticks. I know my order had pizza AND breadsticks when I hit order. So the system glitches. Called pappa John’s Corp or main line (not the store) and they offered no help or resolution, just basically said it was my fault and suck it up. Very disappointing. What a way to loose a customer, especially with so many options available.

This was the worst pizza experience. Our pizza had all the toppings on one side like the pizza slid when putting it in the oven. All the toppings were on one side. The pizza was also cut off so we had tiny pieces and extra large pieces. I would suggest ordering from a place that cares about the food they send out

One of the worst branches ever ! Will never come back again because of the poor customer service the staff has at this location ! I placed a simple order online and drove to pick up after giving them 30 minutes to prepare . I get there , absolutely no acknowledgement from any of the workers there ! They pretend like they don’t see you ! I stood there with my finance looking at them hoping someone will ask us what we want ! 7 minutes passed , one of the workers boxing the pizzas comes to the front passes right by us and ignore us completely as if we don’t exists and just carelessly goes back to continue working .. wow !! If I didn’t pay already I would’ve pushed the door and walked out but I paid ! Finally some lady comes from the very back to ask if we were helped . I told her nobody cared to acknowledge us even ! Finally handed me the pizza and I left .
Super disrespectful, zero customer service ! If this is how Papa John’s train their employees then they don’t deserve me spending my money on their food ! There are million other pizza places with excellent customer services and great pizzas .

Ordered pizza a couple weeks ago. After an hour, I received a call from customer service saying the order wasn’t coming because the store was experiencing system issues. I asked the guy why would they wait an hour to say that, I have a family waiting (including a 6 year old) for food for an hour then have to figure what else to get. I asked him how were we going to be compensated for the issue. He said he was submitting a request for the GM to contact me. NEVER received a call. And looking back on my previous review, you can get I’ll never come back to this location.
Ordered cheesy bread and a pepperoni pizza. The pizza had way too much sauce on it. I ate two pieces of the cheesy bread before I decided it wasn’t worth my calories or carbs. $30 down the pipe. The delivery guy was really nice though.

Went in yesterday for a meat lovers. The lady making the pizza was coughing ,taking money and hanldomg food without gloves or washing her hands. I asked for a refund. Went in today and spoke with a manager on duty and he acted as of ot was no big deal!!

We have ordered a medium-sized Alfredo Cheese pizza from here. It has costed us around 19$, which is quite pricey for a medium pizza. The crust is so good, and the outer crust feels like a salted bread stick. The pizza is neither too cheese pull-y, nor on the lighter side. It is okay. Expected more of alfredo sauce flavor to be induced into the pizza. But, is disappointed not to find that richest flavor in there. It moreover falls into the cheese pizza side with less to no Alfredo flavor. But again, the pizza is good.

My goodness gracious! Why even advertise for New York style pizza when it’s not even close. Being from New York. I was hoping for something close. The large pizza was terrible and cut my lip because it was so dry & hard. I really need a refund for this nightmare tasting pizza. In New York thin slices are nice and cheesy and Delicious with plenty of sauce. I sent my girlfriend Melissa to pick up the pizza, that she’s been bragging on. A total disaster

Legit two of my slices of pizza were missing the crust when I opened the box. Called the store and as I type this it’s been 8 min and I am still on hold. The worst Papa John’s. Horrible service and the food is trash. Still on hold as I end this review.
Update: 17min on hold and still no answer. The store was not busy.
