Ran into the same heavier guy in the drive through at the night shift twice. He’s sloppy, pretty rude. The picture is a good depiction of the effort given. He just shoves the food out of the window without speaking. Also, I don’t think a DoorDash order has ever been accurate. The times it has been ordered has been at night. I rarely eat fast food so it’d be nice if things went well every once in a while. Most of the poor reviews are similar in regards to what goes on in the evening so I’m not sure why management wouldn’t address it… unless the manager is the culprit.

I purchased a quarter pounder meal and chicken sandwich came home took a bite out of sandwich then proceeded to take another bite . Something told me to flip sandwich over and there is mold on bread . I called store spoke to Josh a night manager went over my frustration He stated that they threw a whole rack of bread away because of mold . And that’s all he can tell me . I guess they lack the common sense that they should have checked the food that was already prepared and 2 they probably didn’t want to throw out the food for loss of income , instead , rather risk the health of customers I asked for general manager name he gave me Allen K said he does not know his last name ? I mentioned to him that if health department came in and saw this it would not look good and pretty sure they have sold to couple hundred of people with this mold . He stated to me I was holding his drive thru line up and he has been on phone too long with me and hung up! I can only imagine the cleanliness and upkeep to stay in compliance of this McDonald’s on cedar rd , Chesapeake

At the time of writing, I have already finished my meal and left the restaurant. As the meal digests, I think back to the highs and the lows of my visit. Below I have assembled a list of pros and cons to amply justify my score.

Pros:
• Clean Bathrooms
• Friendly Staff
• The ability to order either in person or at a kiosk
• The variety of drink choices @ the fountain machine
• The interior, though limited in seeing, had a refined look(pictured below)
Cons:
• My order called for a Big Mac, with nothing but cheese (also pictured below), yet I received it without cheese.
• Though my fries were warm, other members of my party received cold fries.
• Within the men’s restroom, there were no walls or barriers on the sides of the urinals

In conclusion, though there were a few minor hiccups in my experience, my visit at this restaurant was overall satisfactory. I would definitely come again!

This is the second time my son and I have been to this McDonald’s in a week and both times I have said something about the drinks not being filled to the top. Today when we went I said something about the drinks not being filled up. The young girl at the window said she couldn’t filled them up. She told a man that was huge what I said and he said the machine is calibrated and I said they might be but you can still fill them. One was a large Sprite and the other a large Sweet Tea. I larged both meals and the French Fries sure wasn’t large and they weren’t hot. I will not be going back to this McDonald’s again. I felt for the young girl because it was her first day but for I assume was the manager he sure dont care about customers. I will go out of my way before I go to that McDonald’s again. Let’s see what McDonald’s does to better the situation

I ordered a double cheese combo with Large sweet tea and a #9 combo, larged it with Sprite. When handed the Sprite it was not filled to top (half inch from top). I asked the girl at the window if she could fill it up and she said she couldn’t. She could of took the drink back and filled it up.

The past couple times I ordered food from here I’m having to return because either something was forgotten or my food was old looking. It’s one thing to make sure your order is correct but now you have to check the food to be sure it’s fresh.

Better check your order twice. What has happened to the burgers? The burgers are not appetizing. Numerous times my order is missing something.

I only have 30 minutes for lunch and to look at the fries I received would make a goat puke. They were hard and luke warm. If that won’t enough, my cheeseburger had ketchup all ove the bun. I could deal a little with that but those fries, I WASTED MY MONEY.

Employees talking about cussing out a customer. Talking about personal life issues. Evening shift, for the times I’ve visited suck. No professionalism at all. Quarter pounder with cheese was flat, burnt and dry. Prime location in a booming area. Get it together
