I ordered through doordash for a Philly cheese steak sub and I got a bowl for $16 when you’re done it’s like 25 dollars or something apparently it was my fault I ordered the bowl by mistake called the company they did not care to fix it they said yeah it’s what you ordered whatever okay so even if I did order it like the amount of food that is in that bowl there’s nothing in it is ridiculous this is what they’re selling for that amount of money usually love this place but they don’t stand behind their customer service and that is a one-star thumbs down from me!

Nehemian has such a positive energy! As soon as I came in she greeted me with a big smile, super friendly and professional. Barry is very friendly too. I will definitely continue to come back. My Philly steak was delicious as well. Highly recommended location.

I’ve been to this location twice and received what I expected excellent customer service. Freshly made to order Sub sandwiches. We had the Philly cheese steak & the bacon ranch chicken cheese both on rosemary bread yummy yummy and prepared to perfection i will definitely recommend and definitely revisit..

No Bread or Bacon at 5pm, 4 hours before closing time. I was told the bread would take 30min to make and the bacon would take 20min to make. The employees at the store at that time didnt want to make bread or bacon. And I know the response from the business will be something along the lines of Sorry about that and we hope to server you better next time. I know this because that’s the response for every other complaint in the reviews. So I will for sure not be returning to this location.

This place is sad. Order 2 sandwiches from Uber Eats one came out perfect full of meat full of cheese full of everything. The other one was flat, no hardly any meat. It looks like they messed up and was making one sandwich and said, oh, we might want to make it the second one with no meat in it. It’s a big rip-off this place. Needs the help. The managers need to wake up in this place. I won’t be ordering from this place again.

Walked in and ordered a hot sub. Then they guy behind the counter turned around and said they are only doing cold subs. They already cleaned and cut off the grill. I understand maybe closer to the closing time but I went in was well over an hour before close for them to start cleaning and cutting off the grill. Poor management here.

3 employees fumbling over answering the phone, taking orders, making sandwiches, and watching a car get towed outside. It took me asking if my sandwich was actively being made to even get it made while I was the only one in the shop, after five minutes of waiting on them to figure out that I was the only customer. Watch their food safety practices as well… They will touch EVERYTHING with the same pair of gloves. The phone, the register, the cases, the pen and writing pad, money and cards. I had to ask for a fresh pair of gloves for my sandwich and for them to start it over!

Pj is an amazing employee she demonstrated amazing customer service and patience I ordered the original Italian sub with lettuce and tomatoes onions and salt and pepper with oil and vinegar and lots of my mayo and yellow mustard. My husband was so particular he wanted one jalapeno chopped into pieces PJ was very understanding and made the sandwiches to both our appreciation y’all if you do stop by show her some love my leaving a tip she literally stopped making a customer sandwich just to get us some napkins. I’m glad this location opened because the other Jersey mikes like the west side of davie which is far the inside and outside of the restaurant was so clean and put together 10/10 the giant size sub is almost $18 plus a large fountain drink is $3 it’s worth the price

Went there for the first time tried the chicken Philly on a rosemary bread. The rosemary overpowered the whole sandwich i was unable to really enjoy the sandwich. Will try the regular bread next time to see if I can actually taste the sandwich.

Jersey Mike’s? They really have some nerve having the name ‘Jersey’ in their name and skimping as much a they do with their meat. I have never gotten such little meat on my subs from anywhere in my entire life! The bread was chewy, and there were no mushrooms in the big kahuna which is pictured below. The club had 1 slice of turkey and 1 slice of ham, and their slices are almost shaved. I had a gift card, but if I paid with real money, I would have been back asking for a refund. Also, when I picked up, you could see the floor behind the counter, and it was filthy, there is no way they swept one time today. It was just after 7 when I picked up.
