Their machine is broken. People been taking pizzas that’s not theirs. I told staff of the issue, yet they’re still using the machine. Had to stop multiple people telling them to what their slot is.My pizza was taken. Told staff, told me it’s impossible someone else took my pizza. Pointed out open slot. Think they’re too busy to care. Front desk guy told me they’ll make another of my order. Proceeds to never tell staff I assume. I informed the back staff, same response. Been here for waiting for an hour. Never coming back. Other guests noticeably frustrated with a grand assumption of the same issues.

Picture below shows the machine intermittently opening as the staff consistently fill it up.

Wow should have read these reviews and not ordered in the first place. Don’t be like me and go somewhere else you will thank me for it. Ordered ONE pizza online for pickup . Was told it would be 30 minutes , continued to wait 30 minutes before arriving to pickup. Upon arriving I got an email that the pizza was ready and in the pizza portal. When there was no pizza in the portal we asked a worker who seemed rude and annoyed from the start and continued to say someone must have taken your pizza. LIKE WHAT . After several minutes we were promised they would make another. 30 MORE MINUTES go by and still no pizza. When asked again where is the pizza we were told the back was not informed and they never were making the pizza. KEEP IN MIND we were just standing in the lobby waiting the entire time waiting . Whole experience was mind boggling and all these employees are beyond incompetent. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

for some reason it took quite a while to get our food. pizzas, 2 order wings, the muffins( name eludes me) mistakenly gave pepperoni vs beef steak muffins. very bad since i do not touch PORK products, didnt realize until i bit in. (first time to a ceasars)

1st time the pizza was absolutely disgusting. Told 15 minutes and it ended up being 40 minutes!! Gave it another chance and it was the exact same. Manager hung up on me and when I went to get my order my pizza was not crazy style like I asked. I called and he rudely said to come back and he’ll replace it. Told him I was already 10 minutes away and basically home and have kids to feed and by then my other 3 pizzas would be cold. He straight up said “then there is nothing I can do for you”. I absolutely refuse to return to this location and HIGHLY suggest you order somewhere else!!! I’m tired of being treated rudely and constantly getting an attitude from employees!

Here’s a picture of two halves of two different pizzas. They were both “Extra Most Bestest” with 1 added topping each. Clearly there’s NO pepperoni, hardly any cheese, and some slices didn’t even have any topping. I’ve always had a good experience with Little Caesar’s but this location is something else. I also called and tried to explain the issue. The guy said bring the Pizza’s in so I could explain what wasn’t to my liking (like I was already doing over the phone) and he could possibly remake it but in a tone that made me sound like I was lying. I don’t know if the cashier or the cook made the mistake, but I had 8 hungry people to feed and there was no way I was driving that far out with the pizzas I already had so this guy can “verify” if they made a mistake. He also hung up on me while I was explaining that, so I definitely wasn’t going to trust any remade food from them. Maybe it was Brian on the phone. Maybe it wasn’t. The receipt says Brian so I’ll say it was probably Brian on the phone. Thanks Brian.

Zero stars! Absolutely forced to waste 82$ i placed a door dash order and after over an hour of delays they won’t allow a cancelation when the food still hasent been made……… this is theft. If you cant prepare food and deliver it as advertised, then dont advertise! And with holdings a customer’s money while refusing service is criminal. And yes i attempted to call the establishment and ask what the problem is just a no answer.
I even added a 20% gratuities right off the start! This is pathetic!

I was on the Greyhound bus and we stopped by this location of little caesars. I ordered the pizza puffs. They were delicious. The workers served them to me although he told me that they were supposed to stop serving them for some reason. At any rate they were delicious and I got a side of marinara sauce for free although I was willing to pay for it. Good location, good service.

I placed an online order online for the Camp Verde store on 12/9/23 and had my husband go in to pick it up for me. Once approached by an employee, he was immediately thrown a very nasty attitude from a young red headed girl who was working. She was rude and carried a snobby demeanor when handling our food during the pickup/transaction process. He came home with the food and I quickly realized she forgot an item to our order as well. I get people have bad days but to show such a nasty character in a 2 minute transaction is ridiculous. Don’t work at a job that requires people to people contact if you’re not going to take pride in the way you present yourself in the work place. That simple. Mind you, they weren’t busy at all. Our food was the only thing that was waiting for pick up and there was no other customers present at the time. They had only been open not even 30 minutes. Absolutely no excuse to act the way she did and reflects a poor overall character and acceptance of immaturity for the entire store as this hasn’t been our first problem with this particular store. Grow up and learn how to handle things with a better attitude when it comes to working with the public.
