Phone ordered a vegan pizza and normal food for my friend. Super polite man named Bryce helped us out and the pizza/ salads came PERFECT. This pizza & salad was above my expectations. First time Jets pizza and I will have it again.

Was very clean. Prices were reasonable for the generous portions of food. The manager was excellent in accommodating his customers. Even offered samples! Amazing! Restroom was clean. Overall a good place to eat except, I found the food rather lacking in flavor and greasy.

Had the thin crust pizza, not their usual Detroit style pizza. The thin crust was good. Carry out went smooth. Cashier was nice. Lobby was clean. My wife had the traditional style and said it was OK. Needed a little more flavor. All in all a very filling meal. Priced OK, had an online coupon.

I ordered a bbq chicken pizza with NO ONION however it was delivered with onion. When I called I was told they didn’t see that on their end and I was out of luck. Stick with a 25 pizza that won’t get ate. Terrible customer service and a waste of money.

Detriot style pizza is amazing. Their chken buffalo deep dish is amazing. Their hand tossed pizzas are okay. But i would stick with the deep dish. Its what theyre known for. The cajun crust was too salty. It was nice having options tho.

Pizza is always great. Service wasn’t the best this time. Young kid just looked at me with no greeting and no offer of specials. Digital menu board doesn’t stay on menu very long before switching to advertisements and they had no paper menus to look at.

This location is more takeout than dine in but it was easy to pop in grab the pizza and go. No complaints here. Staff got to me relatively quickly. Order was correct and ready to go when they said it would be. Pizza was tasty, really enjoy their Detroit style pizza.

I love the fact this Jets disabled the tipping option for carry out orders. Not sure why anyone should feel pressured to tip for carry out orders. I drive further and pass 2 other Jets locations just to go to this one because I know ow my food is always right.
