Not sure what happened to the owners. They used to be nice, polite and had warm customer service but now both wife and husband are rude and don’t conduct business properly.
I’m so disappointed because the food is good but they are awfully rude and I promise you not a dime of mine will be spent here. I ordered some pies that are mislabeled online. The pies don’t list the ingredients on skytab. If you aren’t an expert on the menu, you simply won’t know what type of pie you are getting. Instead of them being understanding of that, they told me it was my fault. Or I should have called the restaurant to inquire about the pies. It’s a restaurants job to list things clearly online. You shouldn’t have to investigate or justify your ordering process to the owners. Don’t spend your money here. They don’t care about the experience of the customer.

Aroma is always a family go to! Whether it’s a weekday or Friday night we 10/10 aroma it is. Not only is their food out of this world but the service and quality of their food along with the price you just can’t beat! Always greeted with a friendly smile (might be embarrassed to admit they know me by name) but I am hooked on their chicken broccoli ziti. My husband loves the Caesar wrap. I get almost three meals out of one ziti dinner. The marinade from the chicken overflows into the broccoli along with the melted cheese! Wooh You will not be disappointed.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place has officially gone down as the worst pizza shop experience I’ve ever had. I’ve already told my family and friends, and now I’m sharing here so others know what to expect.

I placed my order at 7:15 p.m. Before ordering, I asked if the shrimp, broccoli, and chicken Alfredo came with melted cheese. The girl taking my order said, “Yes, all of our pasta comes with melted cheese.”

Fast forward—after getting home and taking a quick shower—I sat down to eat. When I opened the container, I was immediately confused. The pasta had no Alfredo sauce and no cheese. After a couple bites, it was obvious this was just plain boiled pasta with chicken, shrimp, and broccoli.

I called the shop to double-check and was told to bring the food back for a full refund. I mentioned I live 10 minutes away and that they’d probably be closed by the time I got there. The owner said he would wait for me.

When I arrived, instead of listening, the owner cut me off right away and said, “Don’t even tell me what’s wrong because it will just lead to an argument. Be happy I’m giving you a refund.” I tried to show him the dish, hoping he’d at least acknowledge it didn’t have enough sauce or cheese. Instead, he got defensive and insisted he used “a cup and a half of Alfredo sauce.” Honestly, anyone who cooks knows that’s not nearly enough to properly coat pasta, especially once it reduces.

And about the “melted cheese”? He claimed sprinkling cheese on top counts. Sorry, but sprinkling cheese and serving actual melted cheese are two different things.

Here’s the thing—I wasn’t even looking for a refund. I would’ve gladly taken a freshly remade dish. But instead of showing any care for the mistake, the owner got defensive and rude. That’s bad customer service, plain and simple.

Bottom line: I don’t plan to go back. I haven’t tried their other food, but if you’re ordering pasta here, make sure you specifically ask for extra Alfredo sauce and real melted cheese, not just a sprinkle.

I got the double cheeseburger dinner, the burger was phenomenal, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the side salad was so fresh it felt like it was just picked. We also ordered a Greek salad with grilled chicken and it came out great. Everything was excellent I definitely will be ordering from here again!

The food here is so good. Not sure why but they have the best salads of anywhere. The Greek dressing is the absolute best and can’t be matched anywhere. Pizza is wonderful too. Been going here for years and always consistently great. Staff is friendly and helpful!

Worst pizza margherita I’ve ever had. It’s soup that slides off every time you take a slice.

Terrible burnt wings. Well done does not mean cook to the point you can’t chew them. He compared his establishment to be like McDonald’s food. Said if you do not eat the food right away it will not taste right. Meanwhile all I did was a thirty min ride home. And the wings had to be this hard?

Seriously, I didnt realised I have not reviewed Aroma Pizza and Grill from many times we have ordered here (since they opened). I have to say, Im very picky with my pizza, that being said, I must say that Aroma’s pizza is one of the best in town. My go to is their gyro. Their veal parm is my daughter’s fave. My husband prob tried everything on the menu already. Phone orders are quick, easy, and they have real customer service. Have they screwed up an order? Yes, but nothing serious that they cant fix or we can let go. When Im not cooking, Aroma Pizza and Grill is one of the places we would go to.
