We order from here pretty often, and the food is always as ordered with no problems and on time which is great in itself. However, what really made me want to write this review doesn’t actually have anything to do with the food itself, rather with what I saw this restaurant is doing for its community. With SNAP benefits in danger with the government shutdown I saw that this restaurant is offering free pizza to anyone on SNAP benefits who needs food for the time being, no questions asked. I think this is a really beautiful gesture an indicative of what it really means to be part of this community. While this isn’t something I need to take advantage of myself. I know this will help a lot of people and I really want to praise the restaurant for doing such a great thing

The things this restaurant is doing for the community and leading by example is commendable. Their stance on providing a hot pizza for people who don’t have EBT benefits this month is so selfless and shows how this world still has people who care for each other. While I was waiting for my pizza with an empty stomach, I heard how they were communicating and lifting each other up when things were running smoothly. God bless these workers and this restaurant. For some reason this specific Dominos location stores its pizza dough in a way that greatly compacts it. The result is that a majority of the pizzas delivered from there are largely thin and flat regardless of what crust type is ordered. Worse, since the crushed pizza dough is unable to rise while baking pizzas are regularly delivered with raw dough that wasnt able to bake as a result – creating potential health and illness issues. This is the only location in town that I have this problem with and it happens regularly when the online tracker says that the manager is making it.
Of all the Dominos locations I have eaten at, this one has been consistent only in being the worst of them over the last five or so years. Unfortunately it is the one that defaults to delivery to my home location. I have filed a number of concerns in the past and the manager has never responded to them. If you want dominos, dont order from this location even if it means you have to drive to the North Atherton store instead.
Below is a picture of my most recent “deepdish pan pizza” crust from this location. The dough is raw and it isnt edible. Im not going to make myself physically ill simply because this store cant follow basic health codes.

Good pizza. We often do the $7.99 carry out special (used to be $6.99) for $8 you can feed 3+ people with a pizza. Definitely worth the price.
Sometimes the quality differs between each employee. But all the employees are nice and quick to help when customers come.

I used 60 points for a free two topping pizza. when I got it home I discovered I only received a cheese pizza without the sausage and pepperoni. very disappointed. if it was a busy time I might understand but it was obvious they weren’t busy with only one employee in the store and the other was out front smoking

Ordered almost a week ago and half food was burnt. I emailed about it, and district manager said they would give me 1 LG free pizza, just to call and let manager know. I call to let manager know today 2/14 and was told it didn’t matter what i was told they only do medium. So half my food from am almost $50 order is burned and they only willing to replace with a medium pizza despite what d.m said in email that I had proof of. Wont be ordering from this specific store again.
