Been going to this dunkin since I was a child, it was my mother’s favorite one as well. Still to this day it is still my favorite spot the staff are friendly and quick, they always get our order right. If theres any issues they address it immediately. My fiance and I will continue to go to this dunkin

This place could burn my food and make my drink wrong (which they never do) I wouldn’t care! STAFF is incredible! I look forward to seeing that Hannah who always makes my entrance noticed! I always place a mobile order for walk in. Today that wasn’t an option and upon showing up the drive thru was out the road and not moving. After sitting for awhile I decided to walk in to check on my order since it had already been 15 minutes since I placed my order. Upon entering they were clearly severely short staffed for a Sunday morning but a young lady asked how we could be helped and I explained the situation and she got right on making our drinks. I was super appreciate of her positive attitude even while working during a busy stressful time. Every-time I’m there the employees are friendly and helpful!
I think any negative reviews are actually for the other location. Because I’ve never had an issue at the west main location.

In the mornings, when the staff seems fresh and the rush is on, the coffee and food are usually pretty good. My orders are typically accurate, and the quality of the donuts and breakfast sandwiches is what I expect from Dunkin’. The coffee is hot, and the flavors are consistent.
However, as the day progresses, particularly in the afternoon and evening, the quality noticeably declines. It’s not uncommon to receive lukewarm coffee, stale donuts, or sandwiches that seem hastily thrown together. I’ve also had issues with incorrect orders and long wait times during these later hours. It feels like the attention to detail and overall quality control significantly diminishes.
It’s frustrating because I enjoy Dunkin’ when it’s done right, but the inconsistency makes it hard to rely on. If you’re planning a visit, I’d recommend going earlier in the day to maximize your chances of a positive experience. Hopefully, management can address the quality control issues during the later shifts to ensure a more consistent product for all customers.

Usually my go to but I think I’ll go across town since employees screw up and can’t be bothered to fix it claiming they can’t…. this store needs to do better with employees there rude and mess things up constantly…. ridiculous what happened to let me fix the mistake? No because “there busy” my ass but you would definitely fix your screw up had my husband been a jerk about it…. is that what it takes? Someone being irrational to get your screw up fixed?

Every bottle of pop was frozen in the cooler. 25 mins waiting on 3 breakfast sandwiches, with the other 25 people waiting on food. People were literally walking away without their orders because of how long the wait was. The two people working on orders were doing everything they could but management obviously did not care to try and help expedite things.
