My bowl just arrived with raw steak ! This is unsafe and extremely disappointing ! How is this allowed? So you’re telling me that the person who prepared it saw it and put it out for distribution? Then the people making the bowls look past the uncooked steak as well and serve it anyway? Where’s the manager who’s supposed to be checking the quality and temperature of the food ! Do better ! Th entire thing in the trash !

I love chipotle but everytime I have come to this location for the last few months, it has been so unenjoyable to eat. I dont like cilantro, so I usually have no problem picking it out. But this location puts TOO MUCH CILATRO IN THE RICE! its too much to pick out and makes the food not good at all. I wish they would cut back a bit on the cilantro. Picture is from one bowl that I didnt finish, so I didnt get it all out.

Went to this location yesterday for a early dinner with my kids. It wasn’t too busy so I didn’t have to wait long in line. I ordered three kids meals, a bowl, chips, and side of guac and only spent $27, which isn’t bad since it was all to feed the six of us. The restaurant itself was very clean and the employees were super friendly.

I went here last night (12/12/25) and was very happy with the service and my food. I had a mobile order that was ready almost exactly on time (maybe a few minutes later but it was dinner time on Friday night so I can’t complain). The service was great, multiple employees checked to make sure I had been helped and went to see where my order was in the process while I was waiting. The custom whose order was to be made after mine was pretty rude to the young girl with long dark hair who was working and she stayed calm and helpful. Portions were great and food was made perfectly. Keep up thw great work

Better experience on ‘negotiating’ the different portions getting bowls ! When the memo previously went out to clip the portion size; I had enough shrink-flation. I stopped going. I like the flavor so I went back and the attitude was relaxed and reasonable. Good food. Good experience. Chipotle redemption ! lol

I did a mobile order on the app. When I got to the restaurant, they asked for my name and said my order was not ready. I waited and waited and waited watching customer after customer order their food have it prepared, pay and leave. I asked again if my order was ready they say hold on it’ll be ready in a moment. So I wait and wait until I see a bag sitting out there so I ask is that my bag, they asked for my name and it WAS my order. I think it was sitting there the whole time because it was cold when i opened it. The orange was complete mush. Anybody putting that orange in the bag would’ve been able to feel that it was completely rotten.
In addition they gave me about one tablespoon of the black beans in my order.

I have been eating chipotle since the stores first opened here in Arizona. I like the food, but the cost and price prices they charge for what they provide our at odds my daughter and I stopped in to get a burrito bowl with double the meat, and literally the container was only 2/3 full pain over $20 for the amount of food is ridiculous. it seems like the portions get smaller and smaller. Every time I go in the onions and peppers are barely there and are dried out you think if you asked for a little extra beans that wouldn’t be a problem since beans are so inexpensive but they act like they’re measuring out 1/3 cup of beans when they give you a serving, even if your bypassing all the other ingredients. I don’t know who can afford to spend $17 for a burrito and have it be so small

I enjoy chipotle and tried this location for the 1st time. I got two bowls upon getting home the bag broke and it was all wasted on the pavement. I won’t be visiting this location again.

I have went to varieties of different chipotles and all of them would be the same, either pressuring me too quick, too not giving enough. But this place would be amazing, all of the employees were amazing and so kind and patient to me and my friend. Doesn’t deserve this low of stars, only reason it’s not a 5 stars would be because of not recognizing my costume but besides this would be amazing

Avid chipotle goer and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. Came early evening and were told they were out of brown rice and black beans. The guacamole was essentially half cuts of avocado that hadn’t been smashed. Lettuce hadn’t been cut. Out of forks. Two of the six sodas were out of order. Ridiculous.
