I ordered a deep dish pizza. I ordered it well done because it was raw in the past. This time it was burnt 3/4 of an inch around the pizza. Pizza never did rise. When I called shelby said she was the manager. She said if I didnt listen to her I wouldn’t understand why she sent it out burnt and with the dough not rising. Then she hung up. Crazy how customers are treated now a days.

Our pizza order is always unique/complicated and it’s always delicious and hot!! Very good job, couldn’t have asked for it to be better but to top it all off Cathy was our delivery driver and she is just the sweetest human being. Delivery drivers go through a lot, too much for what I’m assuming they’re paid, and she had a rough delivery before ours, she has delivered our pizza several times and is always so nice, she doesn’t deserve anything but happy receiving customers!! No matter if it’s thunder storming or snowing, she’s happy to serve our dinner and have a good conversation. Tonight she forgot to hand us the pop, no big deal, it happens! I actually forgot I ordered it because it was last minute. Cathy drove back having been gone already 10 minutes, and delivered the pop. She goes above and beyond when other pizza shops would not come close to the service that is provided here at the 44th street Hungry Howie’s. I think everyone there deserves a good raise/bonus, especially the wonderful, and one and only, Ms Cathy. For real. Dinner has been taken care of for us and thousands of others for years by your people and Cathy, she has won us over for sure with her outstanding customer service and personality ❤️ We for sure appreciate it greatly and will always order here! 1st time eating hungry howie’s and it was very good as well as hot and fresh. Tried the new tnt seasoning and I was very happy to find that it was actually spicy. Their Detroit style was amazing- had a good amount of sauce just wished it was spread out more on the corner slices. Will definitely be coming back to this location soon!

I ordered meat lovers pizza, hardly any meat on it at all ..boneless wings, which I ended up receiving bone in called back to let them know my order was incorrect manager extremely unprofessional hung up in my face told me that’s not what I ordered even though I told her I clearly told her twice that I wanted, boneless wings never had such a bad experience, ordering food in my life at least if there was a mistake made or misunderstanding the manager will respectfully try to correct it… not here! I give zero stars!!!!

It’s been years since I’ve had Hungry Howies and their bread is still how I remember it and I love it still the same, I was a little disappointed with the amount of Pepperoni in the pizza though. Paid an extra %1.99 for barely any Pepperoni, it was a little sad seeing.
