Bomber “Bomber” Bash
The oldest bar in Essexville. The owner even let me tour the basement. The staff is amazing. Especially Rebecca and her man is super cool. Order the perch if you’re there on a Friday night!

Awful experience. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers. After close to an hour wait we were given old fries as a apology. Still waited for the burgers. They kept saying they will be up any minute. Not really busy. They ran out of buns. Ha ha. Had a few bad dinners before. We won’t be back.

I got the deal of the day. Jalapeno burger and fries. The burger was small and the buns were completely dry. They crumbled with every bite. The fries were decent. Totally not worth the $17 I dropped for lunch. Although the waitress and the other staff members were really pleasant, nice people. But I did have to wait 10 minutes to pay my tab.

COD & baked potato were both cold, the fish looks like small fish sticks, no flavor, the tartar has a strange taste to it. A waste of $16.95 for 3 slim fish sticks. Salad bar was decent. Would not go back for fish. Hubby’s burger was pretty good. Service was good.

My son 17-year-old son and I stopped in on a Friday night to get a bite and I have to say that they were busier than it looked from the outside. We were able to get a nice spot to sit near a window at a high-top table. The waitress was friendly and quick to get us some sodas. Our food was decent and fairly priced but the atmosphere was laid back and enjoyable.

If you want honest, I’ll give you a honest review. Gave 1 star because there isn’t anything lower. Used to really like this place until tonight. Just had a fish sandwich and honestly it is one of the most over priced meals anyone could have. It was like one and a half fish sticks on a bun with some lettuce. The bun and lettuce were good.
In today’s world with inflation I can understand some of the issues establishments are having but……really. $9.95 for 1.5 fish sticks, a bun , some lettuce, and some chips? Really? Never going back unless someone makes me. This place was really good at one time. The other 5 people with me said the same thing about their meal. It sucks big time.

Server was more interested in pleasing what I would call regulars than other guest. Took 5 min to great us then my wife said no onions on her patty melt she was like I don’t think it comes with onion all patty melts have onion what was on it onion as we complained she was like I thought it was on there no I’m sorry or nothing or offended to fix it. Shame on you.

$18.22 for four fish sticks! They call them pieces, I’ve had bigger fish sticks! Unbelievable! Salad bar was good, I guess that how they make up for the amount of fish they serve, I have had more fish on a fish sandwich! Just incredible! SMH
