Domino’s Pizza had really upped their game! Their pizza quality has improved significantly and it is now one of the better pizzas around.
They have done this while keeping their prices affordable, making a Domino’s Pizza a great value! My favorite time to order is when they have a Build Your Own Pizza Deal for $9.99. Make sure to buy gift certificates at a discount and use them when ordering the pizzas. If you create a Domino’s Pizza account you will also get credit for each of your orders. Combine all is this together, and the Domino’s Pizza value is off the chart!
The 1600 North location along State Street in Orem is great! This location has a drive-thru, so I don’t even have to get out of my car to pickup the pizzas. Shelby runs a great store and had gone out of her way to keep me coming back.
I will leave you with one of my favorite Build Your Own pizzas:
Handmade Pan Crust
Honey Barbecue Sauce
Meats – Beef & Bacon
Veggies – Hot Buffalo Sauce & Onions
Add-On Cheeses – Cheddar Cheese Blend
(Unfortunately it doesn’t come in a large because of the Handmade Pan crust. If you prefer a Large, choose the Hand Tossed crust or the New York Style crust.)

Complaint About Delayed “Ready” Order
Hello,
I want to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your store. I placed an order, and the app/website said it was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my pizza.
It seems like the order wasn’t actually prepared when I placed it, even though the system showed it was already ready. This is very frustrating and not fair to customers who rely on the status updates to plan their time.
Please look into this issue, as I expect better service and more accurate order updates.

This location is unbelievable -I waited an hour & a half for my ONE pizza after, initially, being given a 16-20 minute wait time. My hubs went to pick it up & was told another 45 minutes. Fast forward an hour & a half, hubs went back to pick it up the second time & was told AFTER PAYMENT, our pizza just ‘disappeared’-I got a pop-up from Dominoes stating my order was CANCELLED after an hour & a half. My hubs said they refunded my money but I don’t know if my Dominos’s points will be refunded. When I spoke to an employee over an hour ago, he said new orders would be a 2 hour wait!! It will now be ten p.m. before we have our dinner!! My initial order was placed at 7:45 p.m.!! They need to get it together -I understand busy-but total incompetence is another thing all together. This location has lost my longtime business.

My wife and I have been to this location multiple times. Ordering with the app is well advised to save money and find good deals. Usually I wouldn’t drop a 5 star on a chain, but the service we received last night was wonderful. I wish I caught the employee’s name, but that gentleman was beyond kind and very efficient. Original ordered pizza for delivery, came undercooked. Called store and complained, saying they would send out a new pizza. After waiting an additional 45 minutes, called again and they were just then starting my new order. Guy was polite, actual service needs work.

Horrible service. We placed an order for 9 pizzas in advance, scheduled for 12:30. We planned our work party around the pizza. Our order was delivered to the wrong address somehow, so now someone is enjoying our 9 pizzas and we are sitting in a warehouse hungry. It’s been over an hour, despite being promised it would be delivered to us “as soon as possible”. We were told if we wanted a refund, it would take longer to get our order. What gives, Orem Dominos?

I hate how terribly slow they are but love that I almost always get comped a free pizza when I order delivery through the app. If you need the pizza at a certain time avoid this one and go to the one near center st. If you don’t mind waiting an hour or more and getting a free pizza this is your store.

Horrible crew. Ordered online for carry out and Waited the 20 minutes, order ended up being marked as ready for pick up so I come in and they tell me they’ve dropped my tots on the floor they’re need another 10 minutes then find out they’ve sent my pizza with the delivery guy to another house because they labeled it wrong they prepared the wrong count of garlic bites for my order. Someone ended up leaving mid needing my order prepared who was in charge and I asked the staff if I can get a refund but needed to run it by who just left to the gas station to go on break not being able to handle the heat. Terrible terrible
