So happy we found this place in the middle of our road-trip between Houston and Austin! We were craving Blue Bell ice cream and Reba’s Emporium is just what we needed. There’s a great variety of flavors to choose from. Prices are reasonable and the lady serving the ice cream was very kind and courteous.

If I could leave one star I would. We came specifically for ice cream and fudge. There were TWO people sitting in the bar area. I inquired about ordering ice cream and was told that she “is the only one and can’t leave this area, so we aren’t doing ice cream”. So just take the ice cream advertisements out as it was false advertising. Thanks for disappointing my children. Nobody else even addressed us as we waited in line and then left. It was ridiculous.

We stopped for ice cream, and asking for 1 scoop for my 8 year old, you would think I was asking for the lady to donate a kidney. She was not friendly at all. You don’t have to be friendly but please don’t be rude. The ice cream was very runny too. Perhaos we went on a bad day, but we will not make this a stop ever again.

Driving though from Chicago and our 2 kids wanted some ice cream. Saw Reba’s emporium & had good rating so we stopped by. Place was quite nice and quaint & well “dressed”.
Well, we were not greeted & not asked how we could be helped. The lady behind the ice cream parlor seemed very upset and non-personable. Ice cream was ok, but service was very mediocre and NON personable.

Came here with my family a year ago and my boyfriend and I are eager to come back. We live a distance away but when we go though the town we will stop by. The pizza is delicious and there are so many selections. Staff is friendly and the options for food is great.

Was excited to try the fudge, though, waited in line with others whom not had been served yet at the ice cream/fudge line while many working behind the counter looked at us and away. Once someone came to take the orders ahead of me, she proceeded to say “I’ll be back” and went to serve others at the bar while we waited longer. Ended up leaving instead of waiting longer.

Great customer service. The woman that help us was just so amazing. We were always driving through giddings. But we managed to make a stop this time and it was here. So glad we did. It was so welcoming. Such a great discovery for pizza and ice cream plus fudge. Definitely will be sharing with people i know for sure.
