Delivery driver dropped the soads. Pizza came in without selected toppings. Missing the dipping sauce cup. Barely any sauce on the wings. I even tipped. Pizza and wings is cold. Delivery guy just left it at the door in pollen and didn’t even ring the door bell. For $80 this is uncalled for. Will not be returning.

I ordered 1 pizza and live 3 minutes away. Received pizza almost 2 hours later and it was cold. Kids were growing impatient by then and in my first bite I found a giant thick black hair baked into the cheese. Totally disgusting and unacceptable. Hopefully this is made right.

I almost never write a review. Usually if I do, it’s because I was impressed with service. This is the opposite. Even if you’re starving, do not spend your time and money at this Domino’s location. Two nights ago I placed an order for delivery. My tracking said delivery between 19 and 25 minutes. Roughly 1 hour later the delivery driver calls me and informs. They are having a hard time finding my address. I give directions. She still can’t find it. I sent her a pin drop. she never arrives. By this time, it’s midnight and I check my tracking on my order. It says it has been delivered. Which it has not. I tried to call the store. And I get the message that they are closed. The next day, my charges say pending on my bank account. So I assume they have not run my card due to their complete failure. I check again today and see that I was charged $48 for services that were never rendered. I come into the store to talk to the general manager and make things right. She says I waited too long. Best I can do is give you a credit or remake your order. Never mind the tip, the delivery charges, the fuel and time I waste. If this is the shining example of the dominoes company, I will be steering clear from them from now on.

We ordered a New York style pizza tonight and when delivered this was not New York style…I then called about my order and spoke with Brenden he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and he made my pizza. I’ve ordered this style pizza many times. He handled the situation very unprofessionally and continued to tell me I was wrong. I will not spend another dime at this store and will make sure to let others know as well.

If you order for pick up, order 1 hour in advance. They are a mess and will not have your order ready despite the app saying it’s ready.

I went in cause my delivery never showed up and they quickly remade my order and refunded the delivery fee. Turns out the address was wrong. I went with whatever the app suggested because I let them use my location and it was the house next door. Didn’t notice that until I got home. I hope the neighbors enjoyed it.
