I went there at time they was ready to close up and I ordered about 4 hundred dollars worth of food. There was only three employees and they smashed it with quick courteous customers service the order was done like magic no panick or loud voices just smooth work habits that showed. I was really impressed with there efficiently to get the job done without panicking… way to go Arby’s crew p.s. the whole order was there with no mistakes.

Good, quick, safe service. Location is easy to access and looks reasonably busy, which is always a good sign. No indoor dining at this time. Staff looked to be all masked up and following state guidelines. And of course my big beef sandwich was excellent! Would come again.

I went for lunch and the worker at the drive thru was so incredibly nice and friendly. The manager promptly came over and looked into a issue I had ordering online! The food was hot and fresh. I will definitely come back to this location.

We didn’t get napkins or any condiments with our order. Wasn’t even an option on the app to order it. Why we would need to order napkins to begin with is weird, but if we needed to they should at least have the option.

I don’t know who is leaving these nice comments but it’s far from the truth.
I was in the drive through 20 minutes waiting on the person in front of me.
Saw a good 20 cars leave due to the wait.
I decided to go in and the floor was nasty and not to mention my simple cheddar sandwich was cold.
Meat cheese and bun.
I’m not one to leave nasty comments but this was needed.
Arby’s you need a change at this location.

WHEN I SAW THE HUGE DIFFETENCE IN SIZE, I ASKED THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION (PARKLAND) WHO TOLD ME ABOUT THIS CHANGE IN SIZE. LEAVE REVIEWS & CALL THE RESTAURANT MANAGER ABOUT THIS PEOPLE! Worst drive through ever. The young girl working the window was on her phone the entire time. Even had to wait for her to finish her conversation before I got my food. Then to get home and find the worst beef and cheddar ever made. My large fry cups half full, half the sauce I asked for. Pretty sad to spend $50 somewhere and get this horrible of a product and service. On top of it all no receipt in my bag. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of the quality of service and food sold here.
