We were terribly disappointed and let down by the pitiful excuse of a blizzard. For three ice creams, it was $22 and the quality was horrible, the content of what we ordered was a joke, and a s’mores ice cream was nothing but chocolate ice cream with almost nothing else.
The menu isn’t updated, they are aren’t serving a quarter of what they advertise and the staff working had no clue,
Don’t waste your time or money coming here. This is pathetic. We will never come back. And there is never management staff on duty to talk to.

It’s really went downhill this year compared to previous years. . Tonight was my third time this spring and each visit has been more disappointing than the last .
I ordered a Turtle sundae and asked (and was charged for ) extra pecans. 1 Tablespoon of Carmel and MAYBE 1.5 Tablespoons of hot fudge .
No whip cream or cherry , when I asked the young lady , she said “I forgot’ and shut the window . My wife had a small flurry Grand total $20 .
I guess I’ll drive to Cascades.or Horton now

Frosty Boy is s great place for great tasting chicken stripes and French fries. Ice cream great and good prices. I love this place and the people are so friendly with me.

Used to be the best in Jackson now it’s just… There… their menu will say 30+ different flavors but when you go they only have the 4 most basic ones. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first week but I’ve been back 3x already this year with the kids and it’s been the same excuse everytime.

We decided to give Frosty Boy a try. Waited in line for 16 minutes, drive thru. Saw the outside menu when we got to the window. No prices at all on the menu board. All we wanted was 2 vanilla milk shakes. Got to the window and was told the machine was broke down. So I didn’t get anything and my husband got a small turtle sundae. It was 7.95 and just a little touch of Carmel and chocolate sauce in the bottom of the container.
Will probably never go back again.

Everything I’ve had here tastes good. Employees are polite and friendly. I wish the outdoor seating area was a little nicer. Picnic tables in the grass are ok, but there are always ants ,mosquitos and other bugs. Better to take your order and go home to eat it.
