Bought two of the new cheesy bites pizzas with the ranch flight and my husband gets there just for them to tell him that the ranch doesn’t come with it. When online there’s not even an option for the pizza to not come with the ranches. Definitely something you should advise on your website that it cost extra to get the ranch.

Go to Napolis if you want a good pizza. The manager is rude and doesn’t understand it isn’t okay to insult a tip when given especially when it was a 20 percent tip. This place sucks and I highly don’t recommend. They don’t care about you they just care about extremely high tips. I also found spit in my pizza.

Paid extra for Pizza Hut and promptness and it shows up 20 minutes after it should’ve. If short handed no problem but notify the customer. I won’t be a customer there again – people should act the way they want to be treated. Terrible terrible service

After waiting over 45 minutes for our pizzas we called to find out where it was. Wow! I’ve never heard anyone who is suppose to be professional be so rude and obnoxious. The driver supposedly couldn’t find the address. .9 miles. Duh google. He claimed he drove down our street. Lie. We’ve been sitting in front of the window. Smh. Now over an hour later, no food and a manager who wants to argue.

We called in an order to this pizza hut for a deep dish pizza we talked to Taylor. He had said that was no problem and we placed the order. when we got home it was pan pizza instead of deep dish. We called the store and we’re told by Taylor that pan and deep dish are the exact same. This is not the pizza I ordered and I do not recommend this store.
