I visited the Concourse location. Very cool place with lots of shops inside. I tried the New Orleans Iced Coffee. This was my first experience with chicory. It reminded me of something else but I can’t quite match the flavor to a specific thing. The staff are friendly and patient. I plan to try something different when I return.

Great coffee shop located in Crosstown Concourse. They have very friendly staff working at this location. The coffee and other drinks are great and they have everything you need to prepare it how you like. They even sell their coffee beans/grounds to go so you can enjoy it home, if you choose to do so. It is located inside a building and does not have a drive-thru but if your in the area, looking for coffee, and need a place to hang out then look no further.

Normally I like this place and go here a lot. I order the same thing every single time. I sucked whatever this is through my straw and tried to call and inform the store. They never answered. This has to be a result of lack of cleaning or something but the experience was unpleasant enough for me to not go there again. I really liked this place 🙁 so I’m devastated. 8/10/25

Cool, chic coffee place. I ordered a mocha and was pretty decent. I won’t say the best mocha ever. Clearly I have had much better before. But at the same time pretty decent than average places. I visited in the evening, just before an hour of the coding time. So they didn’t have anything to eat. So I don’t know about any other things. They have some cool food options too for breakfast and lunch. Check this place out.

With the focus being coffee, I can understand how options like Chai & Matcha can be considered and offered. However, the chai is served directly from a Bhakti container which is incredibly disappointing. I’m unsure if hot would have been prepared any differently… I wasn’t asked my name by the employee that took my order. My beverage wasn’t called out & sat on the counter until the next customer was called to the counter.

Such a cool place inside of the Crosstown Concourse. I had a cafe au lait with s but of honey and it was perfect! Their build a biscuit breakfast sandwiches are so good and my husband loved his salmon toast with goat cheese spread. Fantastic customer service, plenty of seating, and dog friendly!

The turkey sandwich was literally a piece of unmelted cheese, turkey, pickle, and jam on a hamburger bun. It actually looked like someone grabbed the cheapest ingredients they could find and threw it together. This is the first bad review I have ever left but this was the biggest waste of money… I couldn’t not warn others.

Yesssss! All I would say is yessss if you are considering checking out this coffee shop. The French truck coffee offers some amazing coffee!
My first visit to the cafe, I was not sure what to get. One of the team members advised me on her favorite being Snickerdoodle Latte. I tried it and I was sold. Definitely will be returning soon.
Atmoshphere is relaxing with some comfortable couches and seats. You also have the leisure of sitting anywhere in crosstown concourse or checking out the art section of crosstown. Also check out the Memphis listening lab.
P.S. Definitely check out the snickerdoodle latte this Christmas season.

Located in Crosstown Concourse. Selection is a little limited, but the service was quick. Lot of area to sit and enjoy your beverage.

Awkward customer service. Neither barista seemed very social or interested in answering basic questions. I ordered an iced seasonal latte, and even though they have 16 oz cups for iced drinks, she told me that I can only order a 20 oz in the iced drinks which was way more than I needed or wanted. If you have the cup for it, why wouldn’t you let a customer buy that size? We all know that the bigger cup just means more milk and ice.
The flavor was good, and I love crushed ice, so that’s what my 3 stars are for. Would definitely try a different coffee shop next time.
