Tried 3x to call in and order a pizza today. The person answering the phones was the absolute worst. 1st time I called they picked up the line all I heard was noise in the background they never said hello or replied when I said hello multiple times. Next time they put me on hold and never came back. 3rd time I call and finally talk to a guy there tried to order he was rude and interrogated me since I attempted to call 2x prior. I decided to order pizza elsewhere. Never had this much trouble ordering a pizza from anywhere. Very unprofessional and zero customer service skills.

I ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza with spinach. However, upon arrival, they had prepared a Chicken Alfredo dinner instead. The girl who took our order mentioned experiencing difficulties with the connection, so the person in charge prepared our Alfredo pizza, for which we paid, and provided the Alfredo dinner complimentary. That Alfredo Pizza is out of the world. I appreciated the kind gesture and will be back as a regular customer. Great customer service!!! I forgot to take pics!!

Underrated unknown pizza shop near Edison, needs more attention. Stopped here for a quick bite and wasn’t disappointed. Great pizza with authentic Sicilian flavors. Crust is crispy, but not too crispy. Dough is masterfully made. Highly recommend trying out for a pizza night out .

My family and I have been ordering out from Luna Pizza for over a decade. Their pizza in general isn’t too bad however, if you order a single slice, expect the worst! I ended up ordering a rice ball and a single slice of pizza with two toppings. The single slice cost me $4! and it was the worst piece of pizza I’ve had in my life.
The sausage was rubbery and tasted like garbage and the ham was also rubbery and very cheap tasting. The pizza was cold and burnt and I only took about three bites because it was disgusting.
It’s obvious they took one of the single slices which was already cooked, likely sprinkling on a few toppings that were probably precooked frozen meats and then reheated up and burned.
This is my last time ordering from Luna Pizza ever again! Over priced and disgusting food at times. They make some good sandwiches and a fresh cheese pizza but the rest is junk.

DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED! NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY!
Had this delivered. Should have been delivered for 12, but arrived at 1. some of the pies were burnt, others not cooked enough. Salad was not fresh at all.

NEVER order from here . I ordered via “slice” delivery app … we have ordered previously and had reasonable experience. Tonight I called the store to personally complain and hopefully get a response – terrible pizza delivered wrong , burnt , no cheese . I ordered a shrimp dish (cost over $20) and I received 4 pieces of shrimp.
Called and spoke with the manager – he basically said he was “too busy “ to deal with my issue – so he blanket dismissed complaints .
BE CAUTIOUS – I wasted a lot of money tonight …

Underrated spot with really good food. Pizza, subs (cheesesteak is phenomenal), and dinners, all excellent quality. Every time I’m working in the area, it’s my go-to.

I had a nice experience here. I needed a break and stopped by. I had a slice of buffalo chicken and it was excellent.
It wasn’t what i consider NY style pizza – for that, i expect a large, thin, slice that you fold. This wasn’t that. Maybe more like a grandma crust – a little thicker than standard Nu but light and crispy.
The staff was fine and i had satisfying interactions. No worries. Seems like a great local shop. I’ll be back

This is NOT NY Style Pizza. The owners should visit NY sometime. It’s not too far. Maybe they will learn a thing or two about pizza. They charged $50 for two pies. Said it would be 25 minutes but nearly one hour later, we got our pies. And it doesn’t even taste remotely good. Should’ve gotten Colonia Pizza!

pretty exceptional specialty pizza shoppe. the bruschetta with chicken cutlet slice was very well prepared where the ingridients didn’t over power the phenomenal fluffy and crunchy crust of the pan pizza. the plain slice was also very good although it was significantly thinner in the middle and thicker towards the crust. greek salad was doused in veggies and feta cheese so that was nice. counter people are a little agressive but at less they’re on top of making sure you’re taken care of
