Asked for the barbecue plate to go as I was working in the area and had more than an hour drive back. Place looks run-down but the service and the food and the cleanliness was great. I didn’t really like the barbecue sauce as it was more of a hot sauce so I had them put some of their vinegar coleslaw on the BBQ which was freshly cut off the brisket and served has a sandwich that was toasted on both sides. I got sweet corn nuggets and the crispiest perfect fries I’ve ever got. Under 9 bucks steal

Great little find. Found this little place on the way to Branson.
Very clean and our sweet little waitress was wonderful and very attentive.
The food was excellent. Brisket, pork was amazing.. so tender you can cut it with a fork and very flavorful. We left full and happy. It’s so worth stopping by.

This is a great place to get some excellent food. The only reason that I gave the atmosphere 3 stars is because I liked the old atmosphere better. But a car driving through the front of the place will cause a major upgrade. I’m just nostalgic, is all.

Food was hot. Would have preferred BBQ sauce on my BBQ. A bun would have been cool but I guess George Foreman sandwich maker is preferred there. Service was lacking. Lady was rude as we left and muttered “whatever” under her breath. Server did not return to our table once. Only place in town to eat that’s not a gas station. Overall less then pleasant experience and food Fries were the best part. Won’t be back anytime soon. Bring back real barbecue! How dare this place call that barbecue. What a bland joke.
