I used to LOVE Cold Stone, it was honestly one of my favorite ice cream spots. But the staff has completely ruined it for me. They always look annoyed, make faces like they don’t want to work, and it’s uncomfortable when even friendly customers try to be nice but get cold, unfriendly looks in return.
The service is just as bad. I once ordered a LARGE (gotta have it) and was given what looked like just two small scoops of ice cream. I kept going back because I loved the product, but the same issues never stopped. The breaking point: Last night I went at 9:15 (they close at 10) and was told they were already closed.
It’s sad to see a place I loved so much go downhill. If Cold Stone keeps this up, they’re going to lose a lot of customers. Like you just lost a lot, because it was not only me but also my whole family shop there also, and have the same experiences, so not only did you guys lost one customer but a lot. I refuse to go back again.

Had to stop by this location and try them out. So good. Estelle greeted and took care of us from waking in to out. Can’t believe they have “Peep” Ice Cream. I will leave that one to you guys and stick with my mint Chocolate Chip which was AMAZING!

2 workers. Barely anyone in store. The young girl and guy were talking to each other constantly. The guy walks up and looks at us. Doesn’t say anything. So I asked if he was ready. He shook his head. While making my wifes he and the girl were talking again about the annoying door dash orders. He stopped multiple times to chat. Then went to the register. My wife had to tell him we both were ordering. He comes back to me. Takes my order. Once again they start chatting and comparing receipts. Some girl in the dining area with bright red hair joins in. I go to pay and the girl apologizes for the wait…..like. what. Stop talking and pay attention to customers. Chat with coworkers in your downtime.

Just had ice cream from this place for the first time. And have to say I’m really impressed I got the founders special or signature (somthing like that) it was so so good. The staff were all really friendly and nice. I really really liked it.
Ps: it might be cause I’m pregnant but oh my gosh it was super good. Highly recommend

Disappointed in what I received when I ordered to Dough For It in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl. This was immediately after they gave it to me. It was already this melted. And as you can see, it wasn’t in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl. When I looked at the receipt, they didn’t charge for that part, so I just took the regular bowl. The ice cream was sad though.
More recentlyin 2025 I went in and got a slightly better version of this ice cream, and I had great service from a teen who was working all alone that day. She was overwhelmed with customers but did a great job and was very friendly. Not changing my review of the business overall because there is clearly still a problem considering she was working alone at that time on a Saturday.

I went here to get the nutter butter creation in a waffle bowl. I ordered just that and the lady proceeded to put it in a cone I said I wanted the waffle bowl so she puts it in a paper cup doesn’t add the butter butter cookies or fudge idk what I got to be honest .better training needed here

I like giving locally owned business’s my money but I think you better have one of the owners in here working with your employees. You allow door dash, online orders to be made while 10 people are in line. 6 walked out! Way too busy for two girls running the place. Zestos it is!

NEXT LEVEL Ice Cream that holds a special place in my heart because it was my dad’s favorite spot. This delicious concoction of coffee ice cream with crushed Heath Bar in every spoonful was a decadent delight that I shall revisit sooner than later. When I go to sleep tonight I’ll make sure to tell my dad “I get it now”.
